- If you're visiting Bogota but are short on time and have a day or less to see the city - this is the vlog for you! I guide you through the main sights that I believe should make it into your itinerary for a day in Bogota and obviously what to do, where to stay, where to eat etc.
Obviously, this is a huge city with SO much to do and I am aware of the attractions that I didn't cover, but once again - this is how I believe a day here should be spent without rushing around between activities or having to take multiple taxis. Notes:
I got here by plane and a vaccine is still required, so make sure you have that before entering Colombia.
The local currency is the Colombian peso, the exchange rate with the US Dollar is currently 4700.
The weather here is more fresh, cloudy and cool than in other Colombian cities because of its high altitude so remember to bring a jacket.
It's safe in the central area but you still need to be vigilant and try not to walk around alone / at night in less touristy zones.

What a really cool restaurant! I feel like the experience is an attraction of its own! Those views from the top of the city look awesome! I'll need to visit Bogota someday. Awesome video!

Being in Monserrate very early in the morning in the summer season, when the sky is clear you can see the Ruiz volcano. I was very lucky.

I can tell you as I am in Bogota right now 1-31-23 this is not a tourist destination at all .I have travelled the world from India, Thailand Vietnam, Egypt Europe you get it I travel. We are leaving early its that bad and heading to Argentinian.
So sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy it. I personally liked it but I only spent a day there but Argentina is one of my favourite places in the world and I’m sure you’ll love it more ! You can check out my videos on Buenos Aires , iguazu , Patagonia and Mendoza if you’re going to those areas. Argentina is so diverse and beautiful in so many ways 💙
