What a grand explore Noah!! That home was absolutely adored by the owners, that's for sure!!! I bet that patio and breath-taking backyard had some very fine parties!! My heart is broken that again another great home is being torn down.....WHAT A WORLD WE LIVE IN THAT PEOPLE CANNOT SEE THE BEAUTY IN THIS AND OTHERS AND TRY TO RESTORE AND PRESERVE THESE LAST OF A DYING BREED BEAUTIES!!!
It makes me sad that they don't care about true beauty. The houses they build today, have no real beauty. They are boring. This is such a beautiful house. I would love to live in it. Thank you Noah for another great video. Love you and please stay safe.
Houses were made better back in the day. They used real material and not fake ones like they do today. And what gets me they cost more money for houses using cheaper materials. Just like cars and trucks and whatever else you drive on the roads these days. Cars and trucks were made with real materials like steel parts and body parts. Today their all made with cheap plastic and for some reason they cost more money today than they did back in the day. Sad that companies rip people off these God awful days.
I pass by this home on my way to work, and I always wanted to see inside. There was a redevelopment sign on the front yard for years. I assumed that they purchased the property and allowed owners/ renters to stay until development. Thanks for this.
I just recently found your channel. I love the work you are doing. I like how you comment and give your thoughts and opinions on things you see as you explore. Keep up the great work. 👍👍
I loved, loved, loved the Pink and Purple flowers in the front yard. OH WAIT!!! THAT'S ETHAN'S JACKET! 😂😂😂😂 KIDDING. Like you say a lot of times. This would be a Great First house for someone. Beautiful, in and out.
Thanks for showing this nice home. You Crack me up sometimes how you moderate the homes.😂 ( You're so honest) You seem like a very nice man! Always like seeing you show places.
Such a beautiful house on a beautiful property. I would so much rather live in a modest house like this one with its huge property than a new McMansion about ten feet from its neighbor. Society is sick with its quest for always larger homes. I hate the thought of this home’s premature demise due to developer greed.
Beautiful home. I'm sure it was well loved. The updates were done well. Hate to see these places demolished. I'm sure they will build a McMansion on that beautiful lot
I would have been in heaven to have a charming house like this one. Another shameful waste. Thanks Noah for documenting. Haha. I get workload shoes too. The basement tells a lot about the owners as practical and resourceful people. Canning and workshop and it being unfinished. Those were the days when people took more care of stuff instead of throw aways.
Hi Noah WOW!! This was a lovely house. Too bad about the basement with all that mold. This is what happens when the owners sell out to developers who can’t wait to get in and tear it down. It seems so common in Canada to tear down good houses that people should be living in. This really is a beauty. I like everything about it. That big table in the basement could have been their dining room table. Overall a cool explore. Nice work Noah. You always give us your best. Thanks for sharing this lovely gem with us. Stay safe and well.👍🆒
The fake fireplaces in the master bedroom and the basement were probably electric fireplaces originally, they acted like electric heaters in the rooms and had a fake fire showing. They were quite common at one time because you could have a fireplace without running a flue pipe. The ash cleanout doors were common with wood burning fireplaces, there would be a small covered opening in the back of the fireplace, you would open it with the poker and push the ash into it so it could be cleaned out either in the basement or outside, kept you from hauling a bucket full of ash across the living spaces. Another great explore, thank you.
Basement needs major mold remediation probably because the power is off and the sump pumps weren't working. But the rest of it is just about move in ready. All it needed was some updating and TLC - makes no sense to destroy something that could have been saved and used. Sad....
So sad, So many homeless and all these beautiful houses just sit. Why not let people live there and take care of the property until its time to take it down. It could sit there years. I would have moved right in until i saw the basement.
Why do you have sump pumps over there?? A powercut and it starts going bad. In sweden we conect the drainage around the house to the drain going from the house.

On the back deck, the top is called a pergola.. the extra countertop portions would have been cutting boards..

The good news is it won't be that way forever. We can still have houses with real beauty.
Definitely agree older style ranch homes are so spacious

Love your channel so much!! Thank you for existing! 📻🎉
Awe thank you so much 😊
Another teardown, so 30 houses can be put in its place...sad but another great find. Thanks Noah 😊
Great explore Noah,it’s a crying shame such a nice home is going to be torn down
Now that is a beautiful home. I love that wainscoting
The extra piece of countertop is for a cutting board.😊
Nice explore as usual! Too bad this house is going to be torn down, lots of life left in it too!
I pass by this home on my way to work, and I always wanted to see inside.

Thanks for this.
It's nice, but a lot of traffic from the busy, main road out front, would be noisy.
The small doors produced by Drummond & Reeves are inspection flaps for the chimneys.
This house has so much charm! It’s too bad it’s getting torn down!
Beautiful home 🏡🏡
Very sad indeed what a shame and waste
Small gaet we had one nice job ❤❤
Those are ceiling medallions. A rosé medallion is a shape of medallion…

Wish I owned this house, I hate to see it demolished, it’s Sad😢
Thanks for the video Noah🤗👍
Hi Noah. Beautiful home. What a shame. I believe the back porch thingy is called a pergola. Stay safe! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🙋🏻♀️
I agree it is ashame such a beautiful house will be demolished.
Move in ready, that's what it looks like. Sucks this beauty will be demoed. Boo! What a bummer. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Not with that mold in the basement
@@pellepp9628 true, a real shame.
@@pellepp9628 that can be fixed.
Those little iron doors are very likely the places to clean out ash. The gas fireplaces were probably originally wood burning. Excellent video. Thanks
Nice house, bet there are a lot of good memories within those walls.
Could have been so beautifully restored. We live in ontario so disappointing 😢

I truly hope they salvage what they can out of this house before they demolish it!!!
What a great home this would have made!
looks cute on outside
look at all that yard space ...clean inside...nice
Beautiful home.❤😊 Sad to be taken down.
such a beautiful home hate seeing these type homes go to tear downs for reasons like this Id love to have a house like that it was well built
Awsome place I hate that they have to destroy a place like that to cram people closer together
A beautiful area, beautiful home. ❤
did it again,another terrific video

The fireplace in the living room was wood burning at one time then they converted it to gas.
So very very beautiful house 🏠 i like it! 🥰

Need to adjust the volume, I got it on max and still it's seems you are speaking at low volume. Just wondering if anybody has the same problem.
I would love to live in a house like that.
You got to love the details they put into these *old houses.*
That basement goes on forever!
Nice house it's a shame it's going to be torn down
You should snag that chandelier it's all crystal.😊
You are right ...they are ash Clean out for the Fireplaces
Thank you for showing the electrical panel.. that is an extremely old panel. Very first breakers say 30's? Bull dog brand

They used to do that in Canada as well. But nowadays it just isn't done anymore.
Nice place.
If you have a basement, you need a janitor's mop bucket.
Those fireplace tiles arent painted its ceramic tile baked on in a kiln
Extra bit of counter used as cutting board
Fireplace cubby looks like an indoor grill maybe?
why nobody occupies all this abandoned homes and mansions?
I like white appliances.
Pizza oven I believe
Bread oven in the kitchen
It looks like a pattern is occurring tearing down nice houses. What's going on Canada? 🤔
If they're going to take it down then why do they have it set up like for viewing.
How did you get inside? You didn't show that interesting bit!!!
That’s not a bungalow, it’s a rancher.
is it fore sale?
No, it’s a tear down like everyone has been saying.
He’s in the matrix now
Ash clean out door
I think it's a pizza oven.
So did you have to break in since all the doors and windows are intact?
5 bucks piss on the spider
