I love watching your WIP parades!
Thanks, Di! :)
I always love a WIP Parade as it makes me feel less guilting about my over 20 wips sitting on my dining room table. I wish I could be more of a monogamous knitter. I love the way you have tagged your project bags. A great idea. Best wishes (Margaret of My Wonderful knitting Life podcast).
Thanks, Margaret!
🥰
I probably have eight sock WIPs and a couple of sweaters. Also have a few other random projects going. Happy new year! ❤
Sock project can get out of control easily, can't they!?
@@Vanessa_crafts05 For sure. Lol
I haven't been knitting much at all this year and I have a lot of wips that are like 1 finished sock and 3/4 of the other sock so this year I need and want to organize my yarn stash and finish one wips a month hopefully and then maybe knit a scarf / shawl type item and keep crocheting and finish a reindeer ornament that didn't make it on the tree!
Love the plans! I'm already thinking of the wips I want to finish first.
@Craftyplantylife right ! I think I'll pick a wip that is almost finished so it will be an easy reward and go from there !
@@pamelanana58 Yes!!! A great way to start the year!
@Craftyplantylife agreed! I don't knit nearly as much as I would like to and then if I don't finish what I'm knitting then there is also nothing to show for it! You got me thinking of making a small list of things want to make - I definitely want to make a vest and finish socks !
@@pamelanana58 I have a vest on my list too but, I need to finish some before I cast any more on. Maybe finish two or three and then cast one on? 😁Are you doing a pullover or cardigan type vest?
I try to use December as a month to get as close to finishing my what I have for WIPS. I finished some things but closed out the year with a few WIPS - a pair of gloves, a cardigan, and a blanket.
NIce!
I am ignoring my WIPs right now. I'm down this slow stitching rabbit hole atm and not much else is getting love. Except baby gifts. There seems to be a pandemic of pregnancies at my work! So far there are 3 girls and 1 boy being added to the world's overpopulation. 😂 I probably have close to 50 WIPs in progress, all crafts combined, and another 10-15 kitted up ready to go. And in all of that, just one pair of socks. I'm thinking I may need more sock projects. Happy New Year!🎉
Oh goodness. That's a lot of babies! I have so many kitted up as well. I don't know why I thought participating in 3 stitch/knit alongs this year was a good idea.
