meraki is a Greek word and means exactly what you say, I am amazed that you not only know of that word but you know the meaning too! Bravo sou!

But be careful of land slide on the slope. What type of foundation? Drainage to cut off downpours at the slope.
Plant some deep rooted trees🌲 🌳 🌲 🌳 & behind and the at a safe distance behind the house.

These are SteeL Structures Project, Perfectly Suitable in a Forest..🤩The Colums & BeamS are Fully SteeL. However foundation or Concrete Footing was Not Shown here.

Honey if ya got money,you can create ya own house by containers,its waaaay cheaper & faster (not so fast then this),one container 20feet about 4300 ringgit. If ya buy 2 ya can make more bigger house.
It's weird to call this a tiny house. A one room DBKL flat is smaller than this. This one about the size of rented houses in the kampung areas. This is plenty. It's a beautiful build, by certainly not tiny. At least for South East Asian homes.
@@Fallen_Angel17 ive seen containers houses in Malaysia..but its upto ones preferences.for me its not esthetically pleasing to my eyes...but yeah,its more convenient.i believed 4k is the cost only for the raw container...still need money to do insulation,interior works..etc etc..but yeah,overall it maybe cheaper
@@Ruriko.Y the trend for tiny house..one bedroom,one toilet,and common room.dbkl flat i think they have 2rooms?smaller but doesnt fit the tiny house concept.somemore it should be one individual house,flat cannot since its clustered.

Pernah tenggok rumah macam ni dkat kampg org asli sunggai lalang semenyih.tak silap 10 buah rmah ada di buat...tak perlu tapak yg besar.

Hi how do you regulate temperature in the house? Your bedroom is under the roof. I imagine it would be hot during the day...but that's why I'm asking - maybe you've integrated some design aspects to make the interior cooler?
There is a mat honey called heat isolation pad/mat ,you can buy it at hardware store
interesting.. if it's at some Cameron Highlands place it would be good, cool climate and windy.
Highly appreciated if you can show some breakdown cost to built this tiny house..

Do you own this land? Finding a space to park your tiny house can be tricky or so i heard
Yeah she bought that land,but tht land a shared owners,so thts why its lil bit cheaper, if you breakout the land certificate into personel owner ,its will make it skyrocket .
You know, with all that dirt they could have built a beautiful earthen home, that would have energy efficient and CHEAPER -- since the dirt is free 😁

Yes its about 240,000 malaysian (currency) including land price (half prices becuz she's the origin of the malays Land peoples)

I'm writting this comment from midle east and i wish at this time, iam in a Village house near some small stream in malaysia. In midle east you can't live with this lockdown situation, no land to plant your vegetables trees nor land to keep your lifestock.
