Thanks for the ideas. I just got my Maverick today. It’s used (2023) and already has a bed cover, a spray in liner, and nice mats. I definitely want to add the tailgate assist and the lettering in the back.
3:25 Good job applying the stripes there. There’s that accent line that angles up that you followed perfectly. Only had my 24 Lariat for about 3 weeks and similar stripes going on this weekend. Hope you’re doing well!
I put the White letters on it. My Santa Cruz is the Blue Stone. My Come most all your mods were already on mine. But nice Video and job . God Bless you always Sir.
Love your video of upgrades to your Maverick. I just picked mine up a week ago and plan that doing some of the great mods you done to your truck. Thanks for the video and keep them coming.
Thank you for the great content, good sir! Waiting for mine to be delivered from the factory and happy to have found some inspiration for my first few mods! Subscribed!
Thanks for the video and ideas for customizing. Love the vinyl graphics you've added! Just an FYI, if you add seat covers, make sure they don't impede the airbag system, and they shouldn't be used if you are using the heated seats.
Like the strut tower brace as i feel it might help hold the sreeing better, so i'm hoing to lookinto it more. You mentioned the KN air filter i had a problem with it in my 2007 Yukon but still us it but don't use the oil just wash it occasionally. Feel the are better than the standard air filters. Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for the view of the Magnaflow system. I believe it must be a universal fit with the AWD and that's why you have that extra hanger. I'd be worried it could catch on road debris or something. I'm looking at the Borla system. They have different versions for FWD and AWD.
Thank you for your video. I’m considering the same or similar bed cover. I was wondering how it work with the adjustable tie downs. I’m glade to see it will work.
Great truck mods sir, thanks for sharing! 🙏 Might I suggest adding an Autostop Eliminator? I just installed one on mine. And I feel like I’m live’n the dream now LOL
The Santa Cruz sounds like a Electric car . It has the Cat then Muffler then the resistor. I had my taken off . Rely made it sound perfect and saved big bucks! Beautiful nice stainless Tips.
A great video as usual I want to ask you something didn't you put in the the oil to catch the oil in the engine or no you you just didn't do that and also I want to ask you something I don't know how many miles you have on your Maverick but I was wondering I'm thinking of changing my cabin filter do you know anything about that is it difficult or you know or not
You definitely should get some wheel spacers for that Maverick! I have them on my current 2018 AWD EcoBoost Ford Fusion, & what a difference in appearance! 👍👌
Enjoying the content. Writing this as i watch the vid. Wanted to ask, do you get any hood rattle due to the bug deflector/hood protector? I'm considering getting one but have heard this is a problem. Also, what does your channel make mean? Just wondering. Thanks!
I don't remember which video it was that you mentioned the turn signals blinking faster. I just read a post on the Maverick Truck Club about replacing the turn signal bulbs with LEDs. If that is what you did on yours, this might explain things. "One might want to be cautioned about why it's more desirable to use LED's with built-in resistors (one reason why the Lasfits are more expensive). If one uses LED's without the resistors, the bulbs will flash more quickly. Resistance is needed to turn the bulbs on/off and the LEDs do not have the same as do the incandescence bulbs." It was on this thread: "Maverick accessories, mods, how-to's on my Maverick."
I got the Bushwhacker fender flares, a real bugger to put on. Once on was well worth the struggle, the cost on the other hand 🤔😁😂, can't take it with you!
love the channel, following your lead on most upgrades.....i need to watch the whole video but after under the hood segment.....you forgot the headlight upgrade...ok
Munro Associates review revealed how suseptable to RUST CORROSION the maverick is. LOTS of seam sealer or PB sealer was suggested for metal joist and tool holes, and the Exhaust systems corrodes very rabidly, needs aluminized spray or something.
You planning on doing the rust proofing on your Mav or installing a catch can ? I just ordered the Gator Recoil tonneau cover for mine. I like the upgrades. Thx for the vid.
Great video. Do those vinyl decals pretty much need to stay on for life? I’m wondering about noticeable paint fade over the years if you remove them. Thanks.
Vinyl decals will "protect" the paint beneath the decal, but as long as you maintain a sort of care to your paint, once the decals are removed you would buff and polish the car and everything should look like they never existed.
the turn signal has to do with the relay inside ur car. Im surprised it flashes normal on the outside. Ive done this too many of my 2000's cars when converting to led. personally I leave them OEM and skip the leds.
Weathertech has a new style of mat that I'm actually considering that is more rubbery and better for cold environments, BUT has a better level of protection for everyone.
The encouragement from The Lord through his word at the beginning of your video was inspiring and calming and made me feel so much appreciation for who He is in my life. Thanks for sharing and living boldly for He who is our Hope and everyone's reality!
This vehicle is front- wheel drive by default with All-wheel-Drive if ordered that way or comes All-wheel-Drive with certain packages, But it's primarily front wheel drive with sideways engine positioned just like a front wheel drive car. That's a BIG reason why this vehicle is cost efficient. (No full on front to back steel frame) like mid or full size trucks
Purchased from one of the other viewers he ordered it from someone on the Maverick truck club site. Same that fits Ford Escape only a couple fasteners needed.
I don't like the Ford mud flaps. I bought a copy without the Ford logo for $39 on Amazon I saw the Weathertech flaps & bought them. Paid $185 from Weathertech. I noticed that both my bronco sport & maverick have soft flexible mud flaps in front of all the tires so the rear flaps should be the same. The plastic ones like the Ford will work but they built the wrong way. Mud & or snow will accumulated between the flap and the tire because it's molded backwards and is not flexible!
Yeah there’s too many scumbags that think it’s soo cool to have this loud exhaust people are watching too much fast n furious movies it should be banned the police should enforce it your disturbing the peace only thing that should be loud is your super super awsome classic Harley bike simple great video and am going with lariat it’s a lot more but I want allll the bells n whistles since this will be my last truck to buy so much money people act like it’s nothing not everyone is rich 🤑 have a great everyone stay safe
Yeah, I can confirm these tires are not even remotely good in the snow and ice. I've had nothing but issues. Especially when it gets around -25⁰F, it's an absolute crap show. The AWD system tries its best to get grip, any little bit it can find, but the tires just don't provide any grip at all. It doesn't matter how hard I try to control the truck, it slips. I definitely want to replace the tires before next winter. I'm approaching 12,000 miles anyways, might as well do it.
I have a set on my T7 and do not really like them. First of all, so hard to install…a nightmare. Forget fixing a flat on the side of the road. Rear is the worst. Not really stable on road, follow the cracks and everything else, off road, not great traction, always looks for traction. Front is OK.
Mine is front wheel drive. After having 3 4wd trucks that I hardly ever used the 4wd I purposely ordered this one without. I couldn't be happier with that decision. It just works for me.

Sounds like a great start.

Glad it helped!

Love your video of upgrades to your Maverick. I just picked mine up a week ago and plan that doing some of the great mods you done to your truck. Thanks for the video and keep them coming.
Thanks, we'll be getting back to Maverick stuff soon!
Thank you for the great content, good sir! Waiting for mine to be delivered from the factory and happy to have found some inspiration for my first few mods! Subscribed!
Good luck!
When mine eventually shows I'll come back here and rundown your list for ideas.
😄
Ya got a sweet looking Maverick there, All nice upgrades.
Always cool. Enjoyed. Keep making videos from time to time.
Thanks, will do!
Hyper blink can be cured with a LED compatible flasher, on cars with discrete flasher device (have changed on several older cars)
This is a great video, thanks for that! I plan to pick up a few of these modifications and upgrade my 2023 XLT.
Glad it was helpful!
Brother I keep watching your videos and can't wait for my 23 maverick to get in. The way it looks it will be sometime late next year..
Hopefully sooner than later.
Thanks for the video and ideas for customizing. Love the vinyl graphics you've added! Just an FYI, if you add seat covers, make sure they don't impede the airbag system, and they shouldn't be used if you are using the heated seats.
Thanks for the tip!
I pretty much like all the things you did. Useful information
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for showing us some add ons that you've done on your Maverick. You must be a Ford man, nice Fairlane in the drive.
I really like that Maverick engine cover. I’m having trouble finding that. Can you provide anymore information on where you got that?
One of my subscribers sold me this one. It was my understanding that he purchased it straight from Ford.
Covering your seats is like covering your couch saving it for the next guy take them off and be the one who enjoys the factory seats sir.
I actually like the covers protective and comfortable.
That assumes the factor seats are enjoyable.
Like the strut tower brace as i feel it might help hold the sreeing better, so i'm hoing to lookinto it more. Thank you for your video. I’m considering the same or similar bed cover. I was wondering how it work with the adjustable tie downs. I’m glade to see it will work.
Glad it was helpful!
Hey nice truck, but don't you have a turn signal problem? And what shade of tint on the windows? Thanks!
I addressed that in earlier videos. It sounds like hyper flashing inside. However it flashes at the normal speed outside. No big issues.
If you like your KN air filter and your turn signal, it’s your truck enjoy it however you like!
I am considering the mud flaps. What is it that you don’t like? From what I see with other photos is they look too long on the rear ones.
They are very functional. I just never liked the look of mud flaps.
Great truck mods sir, thanks for sharing! 🙏
Might I suggest adding an Autostop Eliminator? I just installed one on mine. And I feel like I’m live’n the dream now LOL
Isn’t there an option to take that off when building?
@@RandomGuy-uk9es Sadly, no ☹️
Thank you for sharing this, !Maverick ! This is very interesting!
Glad you enjoyed it
I put the K&N filter on my Santa Cruz and it Completely Healed the turbo lag. It also added 10 more HP and 8 more torque . Awesome!
Great content. Thanks for the overview and commentary.
The Santa Cruz sounds like a Electric car . It has the Cat then Muffler then the resistor. I had my taken off . Rely made it sound perfect and saved big bucks! Beautiful nice stainless Tips.

Can you share the link the Stabalizer Bar u installed in the engine compartment?
www.steeda.com/steeda-555-5736-escape-strut-tower-brace
You definitely should get some wheel spacers for that Maverick! I have them on my current 2018 AWD EcoBoost Ford Fusion, & what a difference in appearance! 👍👌
Check the latest videos
Thanks for the upload. Where did you buy the ECOBOOST ENGINE COVER? (We have the same XLT 2.0 EB)
I purchased it from a fellow Maverick owner.Who got it directly from Ford. It is from the Ford Escape.
and FedX should be delivering the seat covers today....got some knock off floor mats...will see how they work , we get snow in CLE...God Bless...
Enjoying the content. Writing this as i watch the vid. Wanted to ask, do you get any hood rattle due to the bug deflector/hood protector? I'm considering getting one but have heard this is a problem.
Also, what does your channel make mean? Just wondering.
Thanks!
None whatsoever. Most of those I hear about are the ones with the raised lip on the backside
Didn’t you lower it too? Also,
Sweet Fairlane. I’ve got a 66Galaxie.
What’s the process for installing the LED light bezels?…. By the way thank you for sharing first relevant video I’ve seen on Maverick mods.
Iam going to order a 2024 xlt in july
We're you buy your bug deflector.... any link??? Thank you!!!!
From Ford Parts and accessories
What's the link for the struts brace, plz.
Hey I Love your 66 Fairlane. Please do a video on it .
I do occasionally but they don't seem to do very well on this channel

The actual light doesn't blink faster only the indicator inside on your instrument cluster.
I got the Bushwhacker fender flares, a real bugger to put on. Once on was well worth the struggle, the cost on the other hand 🤔😁😂, can't take it with you!
noticed you didn't reinsert the screw in tailgate bottle opener hole
love the channel, following your lead on most upgrades.....i need to watch the whole video but after under the hood segment.....you forgot the headlight upgrade...ok
Only my current signal/driving light is upgraded. The factory headlights are already LED.

I like your maverick graphic's you put on----where did you get them? I would like to order some---thank you
Etsy Unfortunately I didn't realize that it was in another country in Estonia. All that meant That it took 3 months to arrive🙃
Very informative video! Thanks so much!
You planning on doing the rust proofing on your Mav or installing a catch can ? I just ordered the Gator Recoil tonneau cover for mine. I like the upgrades. Thx for the vid.
Did Fluid Film in a previous build video. Certainly going to do the catch can
After market needs to get on the ball with a touch screen upgrade.
I totally agree
Great video. Do those vinyl decals pretty much need to stay on for life? I’m wondering about noticeable paint fade over the years if you remove them. Thanks.
Vinyl decals will "protect" the paint beneath the decal, but as long as you maintain a sort of care to your paint, once the decals are removed you would buff and polish the car and everything should look like they never existed.
They easily remove with heat at this point. As soon as they start to show a little fade or wear and tear I will remove them
So what about the air filter for the cabin
Can you add in the description where you bought this items ?
I'm surprised you haven't installed a catch-can yet. That the extra purchase for my Maverick,
Maverick doesn't need a catch can.

FYI, K&N is for racing in a low dust environment not for every day use.
Disagree
I really appreciated the Bible verse at the beginning. Way to go!
Can use please list the mods and where you purchased them
All listed in previous videos.
Missing your videos, hope you’re doing okay!
I am!

Has Ford given you a hard time about any of your mods causing issues for your factory warranty?
Not at all
Need to put some 18" or even 20" sporty chrome rims and tires on it. Then it would look AMAZ-Z-ING
We did watch the videos
Where did you get the engine cover? Is there anything special needed? Could you please pass the specs along?
Purchased from one of the other viewers he ordered it from someone on the Maverick truck club site. Same that fits Ford Escape only a couple fasteners needed.
brother can I copy cat you on some of your mods. I hope to get my 23 maverick sometime next year.
Certainly
Is something wrong with your turn signals?
No
Forget the Maverick, show us the Fairlane!
You had me at the bible verse :)
Did u by pass your warranty
The bypass does not affect the warranty whatsoever
Fix hyper flash with a led flasher relay from autozone for $12 bucks

Neither

Dropping a content for support.
Nice Truck!!
Thanks 👍
ENGINE COVER HOLDS HEAT
Not on this one.
Something wrong with your turn signal!
Not

Lost me at 2 wheel drive
Mine is front wheel drive. After having 3 4wd trucks that I hardly ever used the 4wd I purposely ordered this one without. I couldn't be happier with that decision. It just works for me.
If a person doesn't need it, why get it
