Sunflowers of Waimanalo Country Farms on Oahu! Plus Aloha Stadium Swap Meet!

The rare site of these farms can only be seen for a short period of time in the spring, but definitely worth checking out if you get the chance if you're on Oahu during the months of mid May through early July. Also we hit up the Aloha Stadium Swap meet for some goodies!

So you don't eat the whole sunflower? Just scrape the top off? What if you didn't know that and ate the whole thing?
