I love it . I have a 2006 3/4 ton Leveled Dodge diesel, cause, as Tammy knows. I was a farmer. Entering is becoming increasingly difficult. And I am 5’2” prideful. Exiting is easy. Entering is something again. Open to all suggestions.😂😂😂😂😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣🤦♀️
I purchased this item to mount on the starboard side of my trailer a month ago. Turns out the bracket was a very small measure... to small, for the dimensions of my trailer. It was definitely built well!! If I didn't think I would mess the flat mounting plate up, by drilling the bolt whole slightly larger. If I would have done so, I would be using the Bow Step to this day. It would be nice if the company would make a plate that will fit a 2021/22 Shore Lander trailer.
Great piece of gear! Looks very sturdy. I use to be an instructor for Marine Corps open water safety boats and they had drop down platform in front that was very convenient to load onto. -Ambrose
I have been watching you and Tammy for a long time. Just got a new bass boat and have been looking at steps and what do I find tonight but your video for bow steps. I was amazed!
If I knew I would have treated this some way to keep it from rusting (or at least slow it down) but other than that I would buy it again. When are you going to make another fishing video haven't seen one in a while and you were one of the people I watched when I moved down here last year.
@@NICHOLSRETIREMENTEMPIRE I am a hvac tech by trade so this time of year it’s hard for me to get much time on the water. Hopefully soon I can start being more consistent.

I have not seen anyone address the theft isssue. It would take minutes for anyone with a electric socket set to steal this and you would be out hundreds. Im in florida and they steal anything and everything. How do you make it theft prood?
Chris so glad your enjoying yourself and staying safe. God Bless You fromTexas
That’s impressive Sir. As a lifelong ski boat owner, I would have greatly appreciated Something like this
I need a BowStep for my pickup truck. Even with my long legs I need to climb into it! Looks like a great product Chris!
I have seriously been thinking about carrying a short step ladder in my bed for the same purpose

Funny most people don't think about stuff like that until they get older they just muscle through thinking they can do anything

Awesome!
Chris thanks for sharing this info about steps for your boat...I'm definitely going to tell my daughter's boyfriend about this BowStep for his boat ⛵
Just bought one. Great video. I installed it today but did use it yet. Thanks
Enjoy it
Nice, Chris..as you age, you will want something to hold on to with both hands to balance you. For now, this is pretty cool.
Nice! Would spraying it with Rustoleum spray paint every so often help?
Thanks Chris, neat product.
I doesn't work for a kayak!
I’m going to have to check that out! I assume it would work ok for a bass boat also. Price seems good compared to some other types I’ve priced out.
It is adistable and you just have to make sure you pick one for starboard or port
You should of ordered the port side mount. Looks like the trolling motor is now in your way.
Yes it would have been better, but I still would have to step over it. I am used to it now.
I really like that set up. I need that.

I knew I Recognized that ramp lol
@@ReelinTension looking forward to it
Yep that is the great thing about being retired heading out tomorrow morning from Crooked River
Do you think if you rinsed the salt water off when you get home it would slow down the rust problem?
I do I wash down the whole boat and trailer
I won't buy one, but it was interesting to watch.
Is there a dock you tie up to ? You got to move your truck after boat in water?
Yes there is a dock right there
What kind of fishing chair and mount are you using?

I believe the whole thing can be detached and put in your truck
Cool!
Neat!
