Thanks for your video. It provided lots of answers to lots of my questions.
Be safe and happy on the water!
Thanks for watching! Glad it helped
Thank you sir a question that needed to be answered that I also had been looking for great video thanks again from Texas
Thank you for watching! Have a blessed day & keep on fishin!
I mounted one on my trailer this past summer and am very happy with it
I will not own another trailer without it!
Fellow South Carolina boy here! Thanks for the vid!
I hope it helped! Check out some of my other videos and let me know what I could do different to help other anglers. I am not one of those keep my spots and techniques to ,myself!
Great info. Thanks for sharing.
You bet!
Thanks for posting this video...you solved my only concern with purchasing the Trick Steps system!
I’m glad it helped!
Great video. Most people don’t back on that side anyway, but it’s nice to know you have plenty of clearance if you need too.
Thats the kind of information I was looking for when I started down the trick steps road but couldn’t find. Hopefully it will help somebody. Thanks for watching!
Great information and follow up video. I'm sure this will help those with questions on the trick steps
I was looking for that kind of info when I was thinking about installing trick steps. Hopefully it helps somebody!
@@demboyzfishin1389 I’m sure it will!!
I can’t imagine it ever being any closer than that to the truck. I built my step an they are great.
Informative, Thank you
I was trying to find this kind of information when choosing a hitch. Hope it helps!
you should get 90degree jackknife, you never know you may need it in some situation, the hand rail may touch but that can easily be removed. well done
Thanks for the feedback!!!
I made my own step $50 in metal and paint from local metal shop and about 4 hours of work…imo stronger than any step on the market 3/8 plate steer and 1/4” wall tubing
In my opinion, if you have the knowledge and tools, its always better to build something yourself. Unfortunately for me, I have neither for metal work! I could definitely make them out of wood but that wouldn’t work out too well!
@@demboyzfishin1389 100% it just happened to be peak covid time and they were hard to get so it just improvised
If you don't remember me, it's okay. I was a subscriber before you had 10! Congrats on how much viewers you are getting!
Absolutely! A little Kowalk if my mind serves me well!
@@demboyzfishin1389 Yup! :)
That 5" hitch drop is a perfect example of how to overengineer a towing component.
Very good video. I had concerns about backing up and hitting my truck. You covered that well.
Thank you!
Good luck for you
Same to you! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Congrats on this many views!
I am surprised how this took off! I hope it helps people. That was tje kind of info I was looking for when I bought my steps
I mounted one on my 17.7’ Bass Tracker. I made two right turns and now I have two big indentation’s in my right bumper. Now I make a left turn out of my driveway and turn around in a turn around. Like it but don’t love it.
Thank you for supporting the channel. What hitch are you using? Sounds like it does not extend out far enough.
@@demboyzfishin1389
Thanks, it is short but now I know which way to turn to keep the right bumper away from the steps.
Goog tip.
What about dips in the road l have a big dip in my driveway will the bottom step drag?
I have not had any issues with it dragging. On level ground, there is about 11 inches ground clearance. It is about an inch to an in and a half below the frame
What’s the height of the handle on the Trick Step? I have to lower my motor and power poles to get in my garage and the door height is seven foot.
Nice video. Thank you
You should be good to go. The height from the ground to the top of the handle is 71 1/2 inches (on level ground). Thanks for watching!
What are those small steps on each side of the winch?
Those are steps that are built by the factory on the trailer.
I would think you need some down pressure on your ball
Either that or a lower garage floor!
hey, would it be okay to use a screenshot from your youtube video of your boat on my blog boaterpal? I would of course give credit by linking to your youtube.
Sure. Thanks for asking!
I wouldn't show my tag if it was me a hater could call the law and lie saying you did something and tell them the color truck and tag number then it's their word vs yours it sad that people are like that
That thought hadn’t crossed my mind. Thanks for pointing that out. I actually don’t have that tag anymore and soon won’t have that truck!
@demboyz fishin people get jealous if they ain't catching fish or the ranger boat guys lol I doubt it would ever happen you just never know if you piss someone off or something it's a crazy world were living in these days
Do you know about the deps barisky hardball frog if not go get one and thank me later just don't tell anyone about them it has to be the biggest game changer lure I've seen and has been kept secret from the mainstream for a while
Dude, seriously!!! Stop saying "As you can see" every five seconds. We can see, obviously, we are watching your video. I had to just mute you and watch without sound. So annoying. Did you take a youtuber seminar or something? MOST say that same thing alot, and is so annoying!! It is a filler phase. You could leave out that phrase and the message will be the same.
Thanks for the feedback. As you can see if you watch my videos, I don’t do it much or for money. I do it to possibly help others. Are you this rude to everyone?
