Graceland was Elvis’s private residence and he left it to his daughter. She left it to her daughters. Graceland and all of her father’s personal possessions belong to his granddaughters.
What the state, city and family should do is to make an extensive investigation into this to avoid any more attempts. Elvis’s descendants should not have to constantly defend their ownership of the estate for time immemorial.

The judge stopped the sale and stated in the English language that Elvis Presley’s home can not be taken as advantage of precisely because of Elvis’s importance to Memphis, Tennessee AND the country. You are tying yourself in knots trying to
deny that the judge protected Elvis Presley, his legacy, his home and his granddaughters.
