My former brother-in-law had one , then got dumb, divorced my sister, she got the car ,house, and his money just cause he didn’t keep it in his pants!😖🤯🍷
I know I sound like a broken record...Scottie just has a knack for picking the best of the best regardless of Car, Truck...whatever. In my opinion ScottieD is the measuring stick in the game of videography capturing the finest hotrods available where ever he goes. Homer...High Fives to all involved in the success of this car.
What a stunningly beautiful '63 Corvette! I love these old classic corvettes and the colors and the combination of the selected parts make this '63 Corvette really stand out! I love the blending of the old style with all the modern brakes, wheels, and drivetrain! I also really love how he kept it mostly all Corvette parts, like the drivetrain, the seats, the wheels, etc. This is how Chevrolet should've built this car back in 1963!!! Thanks for sharing it with us ScottieDTV! =D
Man I"m a huge fan of the older Vette. Thanks for showing the sweetest rides Scottie your video's are awesome. Love silver and red on this split window, I'm a GM guy all the wrench time put in on this beauty has paid off, Just feast your eyes on it!!
Corvette C2 and C3 are awesome styling. The fenders are the best on any sports car, better than the Jaguar E-Type in my opinion. The way the doors cut into the roof, the split window and boat tail rear...wow!! The 1967 Coupe is even better, although i like the split window here. The interior on the original's are great also. All in all the vettes are the best classic sports car in my opinion...coolll!!!!
This is why I respect the older folks. They take care of their cars so good that if you buy it from them, you'll be so frightened to even put the ignition in them!! This car is one of them!!! Beautiful restoration!!
I remember seeing this when it was there. Easily one of the cleanest and one of my favorites from the show. I was hoping to see it this year but it wasn't there.
My grandfather would have been 33 the Year this 1963 car came out he could have bought one new and Gabrielle in our family it's crazy how time flies and just a single humans idea of art can bring something back from nothing and be so different and creative from everybody else's Theory or thoughts or finished product it's beautiful and I love that he Incorporated his wife's thoughts into the build
There is no wrong way to build your car. If you want to have a perfectly restored museum piece that only sees the outdoors when the temperature and barometric pressure are perfect, that awesome and I'm happy you have your dream car. If you want to take a classic body style and resto-mod it with modern engine, drive train, add A/C, modern stereo system, and drive it as your everyday car, then I also say, that's awesome and I'm happy you too have your dream car. Respect each other's rides.
You have to love the changes he did to this car. Beautiful silver paint and that brandy interior really compliments this model. I love the early models the best. If you ever want to sell it, don't call me, I couldn't afford the insurance. Thanks for sharing.
Wow Scottie wow!! Glenn her! This is a masterpiece! Ive always loved the c2 but this one is the most beautiful ive seen to date!! I cant put into words just what it is i love ! Thats how i rate my cars! Speechless!! It looks like a piece of fine fine jewelry! Funny i think its the interior that hits this one out the park and i mean out of the stadium ! There is not one thing i would do different and i think that speaks for itself! A fine blend of yesterday and today!! Split personality !! I could go on and on but im sure you get my fellings towards it!! Yes its the most beautiful machine ive ever seen period!! Thanks for having such fine vehicles for us to look at!!! Se yaa!!
One of the nicest 63 split windows I've seen. The interior and dash is awesome, real nice. Engine, paint and the pipes all look great; but not a big fan of those big wheels and skimpy tires, though. Nice video and great interview.
ScottieDTV liked it is an understatement this car is the same age as me and looks so much better lol seriously tho good job professionally done a work of art in my book
Absolutely beautiful. His wife did well with that color choice... so much cooler looking than black. Everything about it is top notch and I love that interior and engine work. Only thing I don't care for is the wheels & tires. Those tires have hardly no sidewall and you would feel every bump or pothole. They look too modern for such an iconic classic car from the 60s. But wheels and tires are a matter of preference and not permanent., no harm to the car. Awesome job in every way and probably the best looking split window I've ever seen.
I would like to challenge all the ScottieDTV fans to help him reach 500k subscribers! We can at least do this for our friend who gives us so much qualitive content!
+SomeGuyInSandy This new 4K format makes it hard Brother...The file sizes are so large....But I still do one every now and than...This is a a very cool Car for sure...
Damn damn damn, you have build a car that everyone would love to have and the ones who say the contrary is a liar!! I think that even a Ford lover would be jealous of not having such a beautiful car. CAR, this is not just a CAR, this is thé best-ever Corvette that I have ever seen. Is it for sale??? Nice job, I envy you. LOL.
LS3 Crate Engines are the going thing now days for Restos, Hotrods, updated engine swaps, etc. You could not build an Engine with the precision and power these put out for the kind of money they cost. My Daughter's Vo-Tech Automotive Training School buys over a dozen of these Crate Engines a year from GM Performance. If you can find the Videos up on U-Tube of this Engine(LS3) or any of the other LS Motors assembled at the Tonawanda Plant in N.Y; you would be more than impressed. They are basically a precision Blue Printed Engine that you would expect to come out of a Race Shop. The Top performance Engine you could get back in 63 for the Corvette was the L84 327ci Rochester Fuel Injected SB rated @ 360hp. This Engine would blow the doors off the old L84 and then some. You save well over a 100+ lbs in weight over a Gen 1 SB and they go in any of the Early Generation Vettes fairly easy...
It's so beautiful...one of the best designs in the history of automobiles.
I agree....They nailed this gen Corvette...
My former brother-in-law had one , then got dumb, divorced my sister, she got the car ,house, and his money just cause he didn’t keep it in his pants!😖🤯🍷

No worries Brother...I enjoy hearing it!! lol

Not only the prettiest Corvette ever made, perhaps the most prettiest car ever made.
Chevrolet nailed it...That's for sure!!
It's got a younger cousin - the 71-73 Buick Riveria . Not quite as pretty as this one, but it''ll hang in there.
63 is my favorite body style of Corvette. Very cool how the old is blended with new technology and interior styling. Nice car.
I love the creativity. It's a beautiful car.
I agree...I'm a fan to!!
No doubt one cool Corvette for sure. Very clean but top notch. Beautiful job.
