Rats, flies, rot: Hawaii public housing residents call for cleanup

Residents of a public housing facility on Oahu said they have dealt with flies, rats and a hideous stench for weeks.

I mean why won’t the residents take the rubbish to the dump themselves until it gets sorted out? Or everything everyone else’s fault so you just add to the problem.
