I have such a recap/ reset routine on Sonday evening too. It really helps to reflex on the week and determine the things I can improve on. But the Sunday-event is a good idea that I want to implement in my routine too. I really like those videos where you explain your idea of productivity but I must say - I really look forward to your vlogs. Nothing is more inspiring :) Thank you!

Really enjoyed watching. Great tips, simple and clear. Love sunshine in room and snippets of NY (memories of my brief visit). Cute kitten with cone. Keep up the good work. 👍
I block out the calendar with say deep work & then put the activities in like a journal in the evening. Sense of achievement 👍 nice ideas from you added. Thank you 👍👏
Very good video thank you this popped up in my notifications not. Sure if I watched you before but will be back. Anyone can apply this I am 40 woman from Australia 🇦🇺
I always see you videos and forget to subscribe and then when I try to remember your name I just remember your first name lol so I’m subbing now, great video!
I heard somewhere that the more seems like you don't have the time to work out, the more you need to workout. For me is yoga, I do not cancel my classes unless I'm sick, because whatever excuse I come up with to not go is likely something I can do in another time and not going to the class has more repercussions in my mental health than not doing the thing I'm using as an excuse.
I've heard the same thing about meditation. If you feel like you don't have 10 minutes per day to meditate then you probably need to meditate for 30 minutes per day at least haha
If I can give you an advice, I would keep the videos shorter. People that struggle with procrastination and focus, and people with adhd, don’t want to see 16 minutes of video. I watched your content before, but the videos are too long now imho

@@MilesMochizuki talking about meditation, I do need to start doing it 😅
Another one for the record books

That's right, I summarized the key points and read instead of watching.
Thanks for the feedback yeah I’m planning on making some more concise videos. I often get carried away talking about this type of stuff haha
I also have adhd and what helps is putting videos in 1.75x speed, might not work for you but you can try it
Adding chapters to the videos would also help, we can click on each section to review
Could also view focusing on a longer video as an opportunity to “practice” increasing your attention span
Yar pehle apne bakri jese bal kata ke aa😂
