Mark King, my second favorite bass player behind Geddy Lee of Rush. The BOTH sing over the most complicated bass lines and make it look like a walk in the park.
Loving your 42 reactions, such a great group. I hope you get this through the copywrite issue. L42 live tracks are tough to avoid getting blocked so hope the whiter screen works. As you say, all their songs come to life when they play them live and such a large catalogue. Enjoy the journey and keep up the great work.
I haven’t heard anything from this band either. How about that. They sound good. Kinda reminds me of Alan Parsons stuff. Thanks for posting this and glad to have checked this out.😎👍🏻
I absolutely adore this song and have recorded a cover of it myself, but I have to admit, I have not heard this live version and it is AMAZING. I'd say even better than the studio version. So percussive.
Hi Shawn . Thank you so much for playing my favourite bands music. I always go watch them live and they are tremendous. They still tour now every 2 years . You brought tears to my eyes. Thank you .
You should check out their biggest hit Lessons in love. The live version they did at The Prince's trust rock gala back in 1989 with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra is just brilliant from start to finish
So many hits. So many great songs. Keep digging into Level 42.
I agree
Never heard this song before, but I love it!!👍🎼🎵🎶💜

Love to see you falling for this band! One of my all-time faves. ❤

Always listened to this on my headphones landing into Frankfurt in 1986 - the good old days.

Mike Lindup on the keys 👏👏

Shame about the block 😢
2:19 anyone know what instrument this is? It's brilliantly peppered throughout the song.
