It sure would be nice if we could be a little more like Longyearbyen, but we have too many tall buildings and not enough Northern Lights to pull it off.

I neverrrrr use tampons, but literally EVERY vacation I took this year (except 1), I had my period. So I was begging tampons off my friends 😅. So keep those tampons for swimming and beaches and random emergencies lol!

I suspect your anemia is better because of keto. I had such low iron and my body did not respond to supplements. Then I went keto and my vitamin D was in a healthy range. My HDL went from like 30 to 50!
Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so when you think about it, it makes sense.
Those medicine cabinets are gorgeous, nice and sleek.

Have you tried rebooting the Roomba from the app? That fixed a similar problem for me.
I did 😭 She’s so broken I’ve tried everything. The robot seems to be fine but the clean base does NOT do anything. Gonna try a new vacuum bag 🤞🏾

I think you sounded lovely, keep breathing and try not to stress about it too much
So I took the reg LMNT chocolate packet and used some in cold coffee and didn't like it. Apparently lots of people do that but idk, it didn't taste good to me. I bought the sample pack on Amazon since it wasn't on their website, I thought the orange was kinda tangy and the citrus wasn't too bad. I might just stick with ReLyte though, it's cheaper and I love their berry. lol I also have to do Dr. Berg's or Keto K1000 for more potassium or I get leg cramps. LMNT and ReLyte don't have enough potassium and magnesium for me so I have to get those elsewhere (the mag I just get in 2 pills). Magnesium is needed to activate vitamin D if you supplement, which I have to since NY is awful in the winter. lol
