That’s pretty awesome! I’m still a beginner a year into CrossFit so I am curious how I can complete the workout on a scaled version. You are absolutely right in the middle of my workout doing push jerks I have a difficult time breathing in the process can get a bit overwhelming but I have to find a way to control my HR and continue not stop thank you for sharing this video helps me a lot!

DT never gets old. Fun workout and great job on your PR! I have a lot of work to do to even come close to under 6 min. Nevertheless, thanks for the motivation and inspiration!

I just found your UA-cam channel. So sorry for the late responses to a bunch of your videos.
Just wondering how big your gym is here.
I am turning my full garage into a gym for my wife and I. We currently use about half with a folding monster lite. I want a second rig and enough space for an adult bike and a skierg. Just looking into modifications to the ceiling for wall balls and rings. I have to modify a couple joists.
    I don't think there's much we can't do in a 20x20 space. Thoughts?

Dude... my space is less than 20/20!!! You're on the right track!!! What specific questions can I answer for you about your space?

@@JasonGrubb thanks again for the help and response. I think right now my biggest issue is no space for wall balls rope climbs or ring muscle ups...not that I can do them anyway. So I am going to see if I can modify the roof system. Still don't think there will be room for ring muscle ups, but I can get a couple pulls on a rope and do wall balls. If things work the way I'm hoping, it will also give us a spot to set up a second pull-up bar to maybe get bar muscle ups and for partner WODs so I don't keep kicking her stack of plates she uses to get up on the bar.
