I love how often the staff says, "I think Dave liked it" as it's so astonishing his employees and sometimes even "friends" can't decipher what he truly enjoys beyond the obvious such as a Larry Bud meltdown or Chris making him giggle
That's why it was gold! In the right hands, stuff is way funnier when it doesn't go well.

Epic moment with the Quiz Machine's demise lol! And Dave's Taco Mobile.... Holy Lord! Imagine being the clerk at Taco Bell's getting that order ?! LMFAO !!! "I filled my car with tacos and I've gone Nuts" Ahahahah! Tell me this was considered not as "good" Late night entertainment from the glitzy self-important Carson guests who would put you to sleep? The ending of ‘The Quiz Machine’ was one of the most satisfying moments in history. Also, anyone have a line on where can we find a gently used Flagstar 3000?

@9:27 after the melon launch on Broadway, the security guy grabs David quite forcefully to move him away from some off camera threat. Anyone recall what happened?
I don't recall what happened, but it looked to me that some guy grabbed his hand to shake it and didn't want to let go, and the security guard I guess tried splitting them up, which pulled Dave back a bit. I wonder if Dave's "Wow!", was cause of the melons or getting pulled back lol.
Harold Larkin! @Letterman, I remember a staff Top Ten he did that I haven't seen online, he said something about the balcony not holding up much longer lol

God, I hated the quiz machine.
Her destruction must have been satisfying beyond belief for you.
The pumpkins being dark is fascinating - I'm surprised no one in photography or planning thought of this considering lighting and so forth. We as photographers and videographers have to deal with sunset time one way or the other every day of the year.
