Delightful: the most good-natured race I've ever seen. When Moonbo's "car" went over the side of the bridge and the tow chain started glitching out I thought you were going to get the message "You're playing the game wrong. Stop that!"
I always hated that message, it's like... "how dare you tell me how to play games? Maybe *you* just don't know how to make good physics!"

Going off of how you rescued Moonbo at the end, you should do a time trials race where you each build a powered car and a powered trailer. One person drives their car while a second tries to impede them using their trailer attached to the car.

Nah, i believe de idea is to try and make a wheel that would fit your car better than the other ones. And to make a car that can take different wheels.
Kan played well by having an electrica AND a gas engine just in case, they all should had.
That's the fun of it. Finding and exploiting the loopholes.

That was hilarious! I love how Kan balanced his wheels to work reasonably with the electric engine but to spaz out when powered by gas.
I've missed multiplayer Monday races
Imagine if they did this but with Kosmo, and they put a different wheel on each axle, so you would have 4 different crazy wheels at the same time

Man, i’ve been liking the hide & seek maps as well as the mazes/puzzles/escape rooms you’ve been doing on multiplayer monday, but i kinda missed the build music, y’know?
It's weird to not have heard for so long.
Since both Scrapman and kAN play Zeepkist, need a Multiplayer Monday soapbox derby. Single thruster on color sensor for boosts, but no other power source.
Maybe event use the Tile Builder to each make a custom track section on a large tile.
They've done a similar thing with boats
They have done soapbox races in previous MM episodes.
I was expecting to see the "expanding wheels" you built in a recent video, it would've been funny to see their cars braking every time then went too fast.
But I'm pretty sure the race will still be fun to watch (I didn't watch the entire video yet).

Try Multiplayer monday but you have to use thrusters to move forward with free floating wheels (no down force)

Classic multiplayer Monday, love it
I almost didn't watch this one but so glad I did. I suggest you do a tow challenge. "Your vehicle must tow or move several different objects on a course.
I'm glad to see a silly race episode again. Puzzles, challenges and hideouts are nice but silly races are the roots and uniqueness of Scrap Mechanic.
The towing was the best part! Next week you have to race your own vehicle while towing someone else's!

MM race idea. A footrace, with vehicles. Each of you has to build a vehicle that's controlled by sensors on the back, so to "drive" you have to run behind it while triggering the correct sensors. No physical contact with the vehicles, first to get their vehicle past the finish wins.
Idea: Solar powered tractor race. The vehicles all have a electric engine with a set on/off timer (the engines turn on for a while before turning off to recharge, repeat), so weight is a key factor. To make it more challenging since stick vehicles are a possibility, the vehicle must carry 3 large explosives, 5 hay bales, 1 chicken, 1 cow, have 3 wheels and should be structurally sound/look like a tractor. The farm items can be towed if you like.
I got an idea for a future MM:
every player is given a simple AI car (drives by its own, turns with sensors) and your job is to guide it through an obstacle course with your own vehicles

21:58 Sounds like a Multiplayer Monday concept. Get Kosmo and try to race as two-man teams. The challenge is to keep the tube upright while trying to go fast, maybe the second person doesn't get a seat so they can be bounced out out of it. The tube can therefore be small, but easy to flip or fall out of, or big, but cumbersome. I don't have an opinion on whether you should be able to use wheels, only that the vehicle carrying the weight is the only controllable component. Land or sea is acceptable.
I like this style of multiplayer mondays
I think for a multiplayer Monday video it could be interesting to do a challenge where you are all tied together in the cars you make with the same sort of rope at the end of the video

i really like the joined steering i dont make cars with out it because it gets rid of the wheel un alinement that you get from trying to use AWD normally
Here's a race idea. Cars with gyroscopically stabilised seats that always face in one direction (ex: north)

When moonbo's wheels "walk" all I can think of are chimps and other apes running on with their hands. It's such a magical mental image
as a suggestion, to build a car for 3 different courses, one being strength, something like towing or pushing something heavy and who gets furthest in a set time wins, the 2nd trait being speed, ofc who finish a somewhat simple circuit race wins and last, agility a course that you have to navigate close quarters, possible bombs and who make it till the end first win, all with one vehicle no modifications in between (we need someone to make the courses ofc) as for the rules, like no propulsion or propulsion only or no glitches, well you guys know the game better so its up to you
What about a completely different challenge: you don't build vehicles at the start and have to run to the finish BUT you allowed to use ANYTHING to get advantage from dragging a wall in front of other players to even making a small car (but creations you make cannot be taken on lift) that will take some time but give you a huge advantage if other players didn't build a wall of explosives!
I think it would be a refreshing experience

Scrapman should really divide his videos into chapters. Like Intro, Building, Showcasing, and Racing. Even better, just give a time stamp for when building is over for people who want to be surprised.

Try a no gravity thruster race!
Based on that last bit, make a triathlon race, except its whose flying build can tow a car the fastest, tow a boat the fastest and tow a glider the fastest.

(Actually legit, have you guys done a podracing challenge? Like, the things pulling you along are connected to your cockpit with linkages like you were pulling moonbo with, but they're the only things you're allowed to steer/thrust with)

Do a challenge where your creation is spinning and you have to build something. Kind of like constructing a vase. Also make a game like curling where one person makes a creation that lines up a disk to slide and another person clears degree from the path

Here's a four-player idea. Two teams, on water. One person builds a boat with bombs on it, the other person builds a floating turret. The boat needs to put the "tube," thrusters must be on constantly
That last section inspired me and I think some sort of tubing mpm episode would be neat

at the end, watching the flier tow moonbow's car gave me an idea, FLIER TOWING CHALLANGE!!!
Those expanding wheels reminds me drag racing tires that works like CVT transmission, when they expand they increase ratio between vehicle speed and wheel rotarion.

Just make wheels using color sensors so that whenever they switch onto another vehicle, it will transform and be very annoying for another person to use

Hey, this isn't the ideal video but it's your most recent so it's worth a shot. On your survival world , what do you have the controller and timer for your automatic watering system set too? Not the logic loop, the setup that stops the water from firing during piston extensions. I can't get mine to stop when it should.

What about for next week doing a challenge where you have one person pulling someone behind them. Just like how kan did there. But the person's who's being pulled has to make it as hard as possible for the person pulling them. Fastest time across finish line wins

Scrap Yard Challenge, Take Pieces From Random Builds And Make Cars Out Of Them
ScrapMan, you can actually make a turning mechanism using expandable wheels
If I were in this, none of them would have even been able to roll. My idea was to make the car out of the skinny pipes, and then make the wheel a normal 2 block pipe. Thus, anyone who made their car from regular blocks or pipes wouldn't move at all.

Make a piston lock!
Its a piston that softlocks itself in a certain area. When this happens the piston will not retract or move anywhere. It is just frozen and has physics

kan and moonbo technically made realistic wheels, since wheels expand in real life the faster you go.

I see how kan made it so that his wheel only work with an electric engine as cheating because kan's wheel design does not work with a gas engine because kan exploited the games physics engine

I don't know if this would've been TOO sabotage-y but my first thought was to build a wheel with a color sensor set to your own color facing towards the car, so that when it didn't see scrapman's red car it would expand out like pistons or something to be extra annoying. No way Kan or Moonbo would use red in their vehicles.
