If I wasn't heavily invest here, I won't hesistate to relocate to The Gambia for a number of reasons and the cost of land is one of them. Who needs a payment plan as I spent that much partying on the weekends back in the day. Thank you so mush for sharing.

Yeah sometimes it hard if you don't get good people to get u ur own land if you need it one of my people too selling land and others they sell and they build it if you want .....
I’m a very simple person but also a very busy business women. I’ve never hidden this and been very open about my businesses both in Gambia and in U.K. I speak to 10s of people each week over email or text messages but that correspondence at my own time. If you want my personal time then my time cost money. Imagine if you get paid £100+ per hour running your business or working. If someone wants your, time that you could be spending on your business or working shouldn’t you be paid for it? Many black People would pay £100 for a business coach but if that coach is black then they expect to not pay that price!! If you start earning $50 per hour would you take a job that takes up the same amount of time for $18 per hour??? I only do 3 to 4 repat or business development calls a week as Many people ask for this service and I’ve done business development calls for over 3 years but my earnings don’t come from that they come from running my main business in the U.K.

The land is just beyond the TDA land located 1200m from the sea so can only be purchased by a Gambian. The price varies depending on the size and yes so many people asked for payment plans and we said no as we didn’t understand how it worked. now these two companies have taken over and know exactly how it works.

I was really interested but due to the use of estate agents in the Gambia is big no no. You know the bad experience that people have with estate agents in the Gambia.
Many have bad experience with agents double selling land or selling land that isn’t cleared to be sold. This couldn’t happen in this case as you know the owner and have direct access to them should you need anything. Even if you didn’t know I was the owner there are triple the amount of good agents than there are bad ones, don’t let a few bad apples spoil your whole view on Gambian land agents
@@zandelalifeBizGambia hey from UK here. Now the agents you mentioned are scaring me. Hope everything goes well. I was going for a payment plan as I have another project in the continent yet to finish.

Hi Gina, this land was purchased in my husbands name using investment from my Sister, her husband and myself. We had no intention of selling and paid a lot of money for architectural plans to build a tourist attraction and apartments. Unfortunately when we got the physical planning stage we got told diaspora couldn’t purchase the land as it was too close to the beach it was 1200 meters from the sea, between the 800m TDA and 1500 meter Gambian only land. We tried for two months to get a refund on the land and the family we brought it from wouldn’t give a refund. After advise from physical planning we processed to official transfer only in my husbands name but my sister and her husband wanted their money back as didn’t want to invest more on land that couldn’t be in their names. I have spoke about this in previous videos. I’m not in the land buying and selling business and trust me the last 6 months of trying to give them their investment back has been very difficult. I was left with no choice but to sell it. Thankfully it has now all been sold at cost to Gambians.
