Watch Snake Away Repellent broadcast over an area where a copperhead snake was just trapped. Use this repellent to keep snakes off specific areas by broadcasting it. You can also apply it along property edges and borders to keep snakes from "crossing" over into your yard.
They won't die as this is just a repellent. Snakes have a strong sense of smell and don't like the material in the granules so they avoid where the treatment is applied.
That's the part I'm worried about. That's why the box says not to use where snakes are already present. :/
@eclectus771 No. In fact, some water is needed to get it activated. Now a major downpour that dumps an unusual amount of water would no doubt be bad but normal rainfall is okay following treatments. Expect it to last 2-4 weeks under normal conditions.
Will the snake die if, however, it comes in contact with the repellent?
do you have to reapply if it rains? i have trouble with them getting in my bird aviary even though we have the smallest hardwire!
i have been looking for reviews on snake repellents , My husband and i are moving next year we got property out in Wyoming , i own a dog kennel and wanted to know if its safe for pets like dogs and cats, and if anyone has used it and if really worked for them?
