Help! How do you shorten the string? I followed your instructions and am not able to get the weight to go around for very long. I think I need to try it with a shorter string. It just might be too long for me. Thank you for doing this video, please don't forget about doing more with us
I just had a client loan me hers because she bought it and then didn’t use it and I’ve been really wanting to try it. I wanted to go about 30 minutes today which may have been overly ambitious for the first day. I got about five minutes, but I definitely can feel it in my legs a lot and my thighs.
ANYBODY?! So ive been using mine and the ball spins no problem but i feel like its more in my legs than my midsection from rocking back and forth.... am i doing it wrong or if as long as the ball spins im good? Any help?! Thank you! 😊
I just got mine today. I was able to get 30 rotations! Then my dog came to investigate, and now I can't figure out how I got it going!! (Dogs are outside now and I'm inside)
Not knocking the creator at all its not about her when I say that buying all these contraptions are not necessary. I would spend all this money buying this in that but then I started just moving walking, jogging, using my body weight to sculpt and tone my legs and boy did I see results. You still can buy what you want if that's what motivates you but don't get discouraged if you don't.
@@youhdumbasf5862 So why make the comment. What motives you may not motivate someone else and vice versa. As long as people are being active is what really matters. I’m sure you have a vehicle to get around when you could easily Uber, take public transportation or walk etc. Live and let live ✌️
