They send everything to me first and I package up the hair, make everything pretty and send it to my customers. My customers usually receive their items 7-10 days after they originally ordered

Great video! Can you please advice on wholesale prices (ball park)? I know we cannot negotiate but for someone who is just starting out I want to make a profit and still be affordable while competing with these other companies. I've found a vendor charging around $40-55 per bundle at wholesale price and another vendor charging $50s-65 depending on length per bundle.
Vendor prices usually start somewhere between $15-$70 starting from an 8” all the way to a 30” prices may vary. May be 5 dollars more or less but always in between those prices
I never had this happen before but I don’t think it would be because you don’t have a business. I’ve never put any of my business information on Alibaba. When I place orders I have the vendor send me a Paypal.me link or an invoice through Paypal

Aliexpress has 80 vendors Alibaba has 10s of 1000s. The likely hood of using a “popular” vendor on alibaba is less. “Popular” vendors using produce bad quality hair after 4 months
When testing hair did you just test like one product of hair? What if they have all the product of hair you want to sell, do you just test all of them?
Test one product at a time. Let’s say you try their straight hair and it’s good. You will now sell straight hair only until you test out the next product which is fine. I always recommend you start off with 1-2 hair types and add on with time

Just message them.
See their price.
If the price is not good for you then move on to the next vendor.
Then y do they advertise it that way yes you get it a lurker cheaper but not $40-60 cheap lol

I don’t recall stating that and you have to ask the vendor about their return policy. Most except returns but only on unused bundles
