My opinion, Jamaican is the best! For my hair I make a mixture of half Jamaican & half black seed oil with some rosemary essential oil added.

This will depend of the intention: Castor oil for internal use is not only cold pressed but further treated with steam, this in order to destroy the last traces of the extreme dangerous poison ricine.

Now here's the shortened version: I'm used to both, grew up on JBCO, experimented with Cold Press as an adult. I do believe I get better results with JBCO, but I cant give scientific reasons. I will say both works, neither versions are magic potions so you need patience. But for me, the authentic JBCO wins everytime.

Don’t panic and try and drink this, look into stretching as much as you can, there is a channel called movementbydavid. Im not that informed on the causes or treatments of arthritis but I hope you find something that works
