    Ha 😋 l love this dish. I’ve use the thick beehoon instead of the normal. Is really Super 👍🦀🦀. Next round l will use same method with crabs 🦀 . Thanks Rolland.

    My chicken market will keep for me a lot of kampong chicken feet whic I boil to make a big pot of soup and pack awa in packet and freeze to use at a later date. Most days, I add in anchovies and chicken bones, carcass and pig bones too so that I don't need to use chicken cubes

      Awesome. Ya best if to use all natural ingredients made from scratch. But sometimes chicken stock cube can be a lifesaver. The more natural the better though 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    hi Rolland, thanks 4 sharing. my family luvs yr recipe very much. but there is once, when i cook this recipe, it produces a weird smell n we hav to discard the soup because there r a few clams tat didnt open up after boiling n stink the whole dish...how to ensure we dun cook the clams tat r died n stink up our dinner? tia

      Usually we discard those clams not opened instead of adding in..
