亂煮一通,一鍋蛤湯居然加入半鍋調味料,原來他的蛤蜊是事先煮過的,根本沒有海鮮原汁存在!

Malaysia's foods really authentic, generous portion of ingredients, tasty and reasonable price.
Unlike here in sg, overpriced, pathetic portion of ingredients and most of the dishes, which cook with less salt, less oil, less sugar, taste like garbages.
On the positive side more healthier lmao
It's cheaper there though based on income
Malaysian food is great.....except for one major problem: cheap plastic utensils, plates and bowls, especially when almost all the dishes are served piping hot. Consumers are in ingesting a hell of a lot of plastic throughout their lifetimes of eating out at budget eateries.
Those melamine utensils are made to withstand temperatures far higher than the boiling point of water which is 100C. Get a grip my friend.
The Recipe (proportions to be experimented with in your kitchen).
1.Fry Ginger julians + Crushed Red Chilli in Oil
2. Add Chopped Garlic
3. Add Hot Water
4. Add Light Soya sauce
5. Add Lala
6. Add Maggi Cukup Rasa + Oyster Sauce + Salt
7. Add Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
8. Add Shaoxing Wine
9. Add Spring Onions at the end
* Boil Bihun and put in the bowl in advance
As a Singaporean, I miss this dish so much, one of my last trips here before the lock down was this bowl of piping hot noodles.
A lot shao xing wine added into the broth. Cukup rasa

Been there 2 months ago after watching it in UA-cam. Is a big disappointment cos Lala is very small and noodles is the cheap type. ICC pudu version much better.

Is this in Chinatown? Can KL rapid transit get close? Is famous beef noodle and Bun Chooi famous egg tart near this place? In US this type food not available, and will cost at least usd12 a bowl.

I'm not sure if the KL Rapid can get there directly, maybe you need to search online.

you can stop at Pasar Seni Station LRT. Then walk about 5 minutes away only.
This restaurant opposite is Sin Sze Si Ya Temple 仙四師爺廟). And also same street with Guan Di Temple 關帝廟.
This restaurant almost everyday pack of people.. really cry if you go there can't wait the food.

The most famous food in this shop is actually the beef noodles
Too much of the Maggie chicken stock concentration. That volume of his using can double up the broth.

首先要多谢台主拍的视频,很高清。巳经多年不在大马所以很怀念那的美食和地方。也想建议台主如果不想说话可以放上字幕解释一下,因为应该有一些外国人不明白视频里的人在做什么。希望台主继续拍多一点视频让大家欣赏。

As you can see at 0:59 , when the person open up the bag of lala, most of them are pretty much open, meaning they are dead for quite some time, and the cook try to put lots of food preservative to cover up the smell, but the ppl will still taste the not so pleasant smell... Should have use fresh ones

I've been there and tried their famous lala meehoon soup, it's not really worth the taste, plus the environment is extremely dirty and oily, whereby the shop is facing main road without any shading, and the road is under construction as well...so when busses, cars, motorcycles, heavy machinery coughing soot, dust, mites, those flying particles sure make a delicious ingredients added into the soup.
They have a new outlet at Jln Sultan (that's nearby), with aircon and all the comforts you're looking for.
