- In the Pantry today, join Tash in this practice that avoids all weight-bearing poses on the arms. Yup not a downdog in sight! If you have a wrist or shoulder injury, but still want to get in a bit of a workout, try this sequence out and let me know what you think. It's amazing what we concentrate on when we take the arms out of the equation.

Dear Tash,
I used to do yoga pretty much daily until I had an accident in July. I lost my left arm and I thought I had lost so many things. But thanks to you and this video, I can still feel the wellness of yoga. I can't put in words how much you've helped me with something so simple. Thank you so, so much.

Loved this class so much. I have a shoulder injury, so this was perfect. Great balance of stretching and strengthening. Love your cat too!
Absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for this!
This is ideal. I have a healing shoulder but needed to get some stretching done for the rest of my body. I can't wait to do this after my doctor's timed limitation on activity expires. Thanks so much.
This is my go-to practice when my wonky shoulder acts up and I need to rest it. Thank you so much for this. I hope to see more no-arm practices in the future!
Hi Patty, I'm glad this has been super useful for you, I'm planning on putting a few more no-arm vids out soon, just need to find the time to film them! But it's definitely at the top of my list!
Thank you for this practice I've broken a bone in my elbow and found this practice so supportive allowing my practice to continue while my bone repairs 🙏
Love that (not the broken bone that sucks :) but I'm glad you can still do yoga. There is a whole playlist of no-arm yoga here for you to explore too :) Happy healing xx Tash

Thank you so much for this. I've rotator cuff injury and neck issues and I've been looking for practices that challenge but don't cause more impingement. I really appreciate the time you took to put this out and would gladly welcome any more that you have in the same vein.

thank you a lot, this is awesome :)
Do you happen to know where you got the outfit you're wearing? That looks perfect for yoga and Pilates. Also, the breathing cues were very helpful.
I got it online from Aliexpress :)
