- Today's episode is about a malunggay pandesal recipe. It is a soft Filipino bread roll with malunggay or moringa leaves. Malunggay leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals.

The ingredients that you will need are:
1 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups bread flour plus more for dusting
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 packet (7g) of active dry yeast
½ tsp salt
1 cup malunggay/moringa leaves
bread crumbs for coating
Preheat oven to 180C

Wow this is really interesting Bona, I have never heard of Malunggay leaves before which as you say are rich in vitamins and minerals and supposed to be very healthy. It's great that you decided to use them in these soft and fluffy bread rolls and may I say they look superb!
