- This 2005 Volkswagen Golf MK5 is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder FSI engine that puts out 150 horsepower and 200 Nm of torque. That's more than enough to give you a smooth driving experience and accelerate a bit when needed. The car is fairly economical thanks to the 2.0-liter engine and 6-speed manual transmission. With a full tank (55 liters) of fuel, you can expect to make about 700 kilometers (if you drive like a normal person :) ).

Weird same power as the mk5 rabbit 5 cylinder NA
It has 20 horsepower less than the 5-cylinder NA Rabbit. This car is powered by a 2-liter 4-cylinder engine (NA) that puts out 150 horsepower, whereas the 2.5-liter 5-cylinder Rabbit puts out 170 horsepower. Feel free to subscribe if you enjoyed this video!
@@FanaticDrivers Only the 2008+ rabbit and Jetta push out 170. The 2006-7 rabbit, Jetta, beetle and any other iteration of 2.5 push 150. In a way you’re right though. That 4 cylinder looks quicker than the rabbit whether the rabbit is 150-170. Maybe because it’s lighter?
@@EastDallasKicks From what I could find, the weight of the rabbit is only 50 kilograms more. I don't necessarily think it's because of the weight.
@@FanaticDrivers I guess that boost helps. These rabbit autos are 8 to 9 second 0-60s. I got a vid up of mine I think a YT short maybe and it’s slower by like a half or full second. Might be my transmission or maybe the boost just picks up differently but has a similar end result.
