The man, the legend that is Pete The Sheepman, ex chairman of 36. I've known The Sheepman since the early 80's, premier muddy wheeler back in those halcyon days. I knew he'd make the big time and here he is still rocking it! 😁
Another top quality repair onsite guys. Amazing how much you can save just by finding somepeople like Arvin and Baz. Typical manufacturer trying to screw you over by not selling the part that breaks.
Nothing better than finding a 'can do' company rather than the usual 'can't be flippin bothered' company. Top marks. Not many like Baz, Cal and Arvin in this world.
I’m a painter and decorator….. why the hell am I so interested in everything you do , from the workshop through to site works !!. A no nonsense guy and cal is a keeper
Pete the sheep is a true legend at Howells I have known him a lot of years. Will keep my eye out for you at their workshop soon by sounds of it! Calum Your welding skills are just fantastic they all look like piped on out of an icing bag👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 keep on struggling boys👍🏻👍🏻
Watching the two of you is a joy, the master and the youngster. The youngster(Cal) isn’t far behind the master. The two of you are the dynamic duo. Keep up the good work.
There's a certain beauty in people who really worked all their lives and still do it being almost 70. It's hard, but so satisfying. Dozer repair were 10/10. It's good to see all the latest tool purchases are earning money :)
Love the content Baz, Cal and Director. I'm an English trained carpenter and joiner living in Australia, make furniture and surf boards and have a wide and varied skill set with the attention to detail that you boys have in your work. It's a pleasure to watch you do your thing. Hard Yakka but we are the last of a generation who love to work and take pride in what we do. Keep on keeping on brothers.
Another cracking double week with wf baz cal and all the boys. Nice to see baz and cal back in there natural habitat on site. Hopefully a few more double weeks to come too.. keep them coming thick and fast mr director aka the stig
Love it... Baz you are definitely happiest when you are out on site.those welds look fantastic...keeping it real as always.great editing as always, nice work everyone
Well baz I'm in my element here watching thies videos every one of them relates to me iv been an owner opperater for 46 years diggers dozer dumpers and now you're going to work on farm machinery which will be interesting for me as I was born and reared on a farm and driving tractors from the age of 12 so thies videos are very interesting for me iv a list of utubrs iwatch I'd be lost without tube brilliant stuff👍👍
From the first episode to know the filming has improved but the content remains the same, cracking job Baz. I look forward to seeing what could happen in the next episodes. I really like to see the surprise ones you let out every once in a while. From Canada.
I really wish I could work a job just like this! Hard work for good pay is a fantastic feeling! 15 yrs ago I was a roofer for a decade and I still don't make as much money now as I did then 😒
Brilliant chapter, really like the on site repair shoots, good job you had Thor with you to knock that bracket off 😅, good man Cal , hope you had a decent scran
Another fantastic chapter, I only weld now and then on my kit car, I have built my own 3 axis cnc mill with linuxcnc but on the welding front I have learned so much from watching Baz and Cal. So pleased Baz didn't get that motorbike 😆
Another outstanding episode baz and cal no other channel would lace your boots nice to see your journey go from strength to strength 🤙🤙👌🥂🏴 p.s cal get new overalls 😂😂
Came across you by a friend nice video i used to talk to pete sheepman on the cb radio when I lived at anderby lincolnshire and he worked on a farm at willoughby
Goodmorning Mr welderfabber and Director, nice bit of engineering in making the part for dozer and of course nice welding by call. Only other day I was thinking about the cab project with DMJ, if i remember correctly you mentioned on your visit to his place when you had just started your company or in the early days of going alone , how bizarre you talk about it today. Wow Baz you have got your work cut out for the future and more to come. Well done Baz wish you all the success for the future and good things to come Baz you gona need a driver soon. Stay safe and well be good.
Brilliant job on the dozer, just goes to show what manufacturers make parts that are expensive and not wanting to repair. Your little father made a Brilliant job and cal fixing it you wouldn't think it had been replaced
Amazing work baz , welder faber i am really impressed , you are the man...i see that you prefer plant work over metal structure and civil contruction, does it pay better?
Top video again guys, your definately right Baz....going north is better than south,we went south yesterday picking up horses....shit views & cars everywhere lol
@@welderfabberwas it a L10 Cummins? You could of found a 250bhp and put the 330 fuel pump and turbo on it👍 worked on Cummins engines fitted with Non top fuel injectors🤬
Would the original Libherr bracket fitted from factory be heat treated to make it more hard wearing seeing that it has no grease fittings, or was the metal Arvin machined prior to machining.
@@welderfabber I know Arvin machined it out of a piece of metal, I was wondering if it had to be heat treated afterwards to make it last, as grease fittings are not fitted, or it just made to be hard in the first place.
Great episode 👍👍 A thought just struck me. Considering the location of the filer unit on the air-fed mask - are they "fart safe"? 🤣🤣 All the best, Paul

1.2 solid wire amps up and down for diff welds

As and when yes they are the best
Would the original Libherr bracket fitted from factory be heat treated to make it more hard wearing seeing that it has no grease fittings, or was the metal Arvin machined prior to machining.
They didnt make 1 we got it profiled and then Arvin machined it to size off a cardboard temp.
