    Banana Oat Cookies with vegan chocolate chips Ingredients:
    1. 2 ripe bananas
    2. 1 cup rolled oats
    3. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
    Banana Oat Cookies with raisins
    Ingredients:
    1. 2 ripe bananas
    2. 1 cup rolled oats
    3. 1/4 cup raisins
    You could follow the same procedure for both cookies, make in 2 batches , one batch with vegan chocolate chips & second batch with raisins.
    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to
    (180°C).
    2. Mash Bananas: In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    3. Mix Ingredients: Add the rolled oats and vegan chocolate chips to the mashed bananas & mix well
    In the second batch , add the rolled oats and raisins to the mashed bananas & and mix well.
    4. Form Cookies: Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with Foil. Or flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon or or slightly dab it with fingers
    to create a round shape.
    5. Bake: Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
    6.Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a plate to cool completely.
