NO the little boy didn't kill her. The whole point of their journey in the woods was the girl leading the boy to find her body. If he killed her she wouldn't have to do that.

8:49 He did not kill the girl last year. In the flashback you could see the scaring of a trap on her leg. He played with the ghost of her until she led him to where she was and he found her, that's what stands on the candy. It's just sad he didn't find her in time...

Actually I think that the boy and girl met last year, her being alive, and when she got caught by the trap she hold onto the note of the candy that she ate with the boy...
You can see that in the flashback she doesn't have the mark on her leg meaning she was alive by then...

No idea how you thought the the boy in the film was a girl. Secondly, I don't think the boy killed her. They became friends last Halloween (when she was still alive) as there is a screen that pops up that says"LAST HALLOWEEN" where they have there little moment together (sharing candy and stuff). But then she died afterward by going into the "danger" place with the bear traps and stuff. The girl probably got caught on one of the bear traps and starved or bled to death and at the last moment she at a candy that had "You found me on the wrapper". Fast forward to next halloween when the boy was meant to meet up with the girl. Sadly, the girl is dead. But her spirit wants her body to be found so she becomes a ghost in search of someone who can find her body, and that someone happned to be the one boy who actually became friends with her. This explains why every time the boy and girl ate candy with each other, the girls wrapper would always say "You found me" instead of something funny. fast forward to the end of teh film, the girl saw that her gig was up and she was said to be a figment of the boys imagination. So now she thinks its time for her to stop playing around and start leading the boy to her dead body. So she does exactly that. I'm not sure about this but i think she makes the boy hallucinate a bit as when he enters the danger zone it looks scary but when he finds her body it looks fine and peaceful, this might be her trying to make the scenery more appealing so the boy doesn't run away or something.

What makes me sad the most in the animation was the painful and slow death she had in the forest all alone.... Like harsh weather conditions, starvation, blood loss, exposure to bacteria and more, if my heart were any softer I would have filled a bathtub of tears

The girl was bullied and wandered off into the woods. She found this tree in the clearing but got caught by her leg in the bear trap. You can see throughout the film she has a mark on her leg... she died after getting caught and was stuck with no one able to find her she rotted and bled to death. Her spirit befriended the little boy as he was the only one able to see her. After being told she was imaginary her spirit led him to her body in the woods. That why every candy was saying you found me for her.. and his last one said i found you.

i assume she was bullied because she had no friends and seemed sad all the time. that led me to believe that is the reason she was alone, she got sad and ran off to the woods crying and because she's crying and frustrated she didnt notice the surrounding traps and got stuck in the woods where she died.

I believe that on the last halloween, the boy met the girl before she died... she went to the forest, got caught by a bear trap, sat on the tree, bleed out, then died while holding the candy wrapping that the boy gave her that says "you found me". On the next halloween, her spirit found him then later in the story she led the boy to her body so she can finally rest in peace
Last year she was real and promised to meet him next Halloween. When they ate the candy last year the note said 'You found me'.
That year she died from the bear trap, she sadly bled out. She still had the note from when they ate candy so she took it out to remember the good memory.
So the current year she comes back as a ghost/spirit to keep the promise to the little boy. He ends up finding her but sees her spirit not the decomposed body. She then becomes at peace and she basically moved on.

The girl died from a trap in the forest.
They hung out the Halloween prior. Which is where she got that "you found me" note from the candy. Which assuming she wondered into the woods got caught in the bear trap and died... next Halloween she appeared there waiting for him(as a ghost) trying to lure him to her body so she can rest at peace finally. This explains why she has the note and the same outfit on.

They are literally film interpreters and they be like: "uH hUh ThE gIrL wAs ToTaLlY kIlEd By SoMeOne" When there are like a million things that point to anything but that. Like do they not pay attention to details or what, because there was literally a bear trap on her and they say someone killed her. I really expected them to get it or something close faster. (I appreciate that they got something closer than murder eventually but still).
I think that they met one year and she got the note you found me and girl said they would meet again next halloween, but died on that same day which would explain why she has the note.
She came as a ghost or something similar but boy had no idea, boy got confused because no paid attention to her, so she showed him why and then they enjoyed a last moment together, while everyone else sees a smiling boy next to a dead missing child. Got me pretty scarred for a while.
Why she ran into the woods I'm not sure cause there are to many theories to decide for that.
There was a little girl alone when the boy found her on the sidewalk. They played together every Halloween but nobody was able to see her. He wanted to make her happy so he tried introducing her to others but they can't see her. He comes back home to play and he took the doctors clipboard to have fun but when he reads it it says he has an imaginary friend. He doesn't believe it and leaves with her. She goes into the woods and gets the boy to follow her. Ones they are together he falls asleep next to her. The mom and police try to look for him only to find him next to a dead body. The girls body. The female police officer looks through her book of missing children and she is in the book. Then it shows that she bled to death when she was in the woods and caught in a bear trap. She couldn't move on unless someone found her so her spirit led him to her rotting corpse so she could be in peace.

Guys, new idea! The you found me maybe meant that the boy finally found a friend. And that she wouldn't be forgotten because she was "found" by the boy in both a literal sense and in a friendship kind of sense. Basically the "you found me" wrapper was the key bound and relationship of the boy and girl.
The girl was a ghost, and he didn't kill her she died when she got her leg caught in a trap.
When they assumed that the boy killed her i felt triggered.
I saw this a while ago. it was cute at first but then...well.
K this is what happened. The scene where the little boy was beat up was the Halloween before, so it's like a flashback. I'm guessing he got his candy stolen when he was beat up. So he only had two pieces left. He then saw the girl who was sitting on the curb alone. He when over to her, gave her a piece of candy, and they both became friends. That same Halloween the girl went into the danger zone and got her foot caught in a bear trap. She bled to death, and since she was deep in the woods, the police didn't find her, so she was "missing". The boy couldn't rap his brain around her being dead or rather missing, so he made a imaginary version if her. Of course, only he could see her, and that's the reason no one would give her candy, and why the parents called the doctor to see what was wrong with the boy. When the boy went into the woods, and was sitting next to the imaginary version of her, he was actually sitting next to the little girls corps. This is why through out the video the little girls wrappers said " you found me". And when he was sitting next to her corps, his candy said " I found you", since he finally found her body.
The notes also did a big part in there. Like he found her body. So that’s what it means “I found you” and “you found me”.
And the fact that her paper is always the one that says "you found me"
Picked up on the whole "girl is dead" thing the first time watched, like within the first minute of them trick-or-treating.
So many things to consider and one of those thigs is "Who persuaded her to go beyond the fence where its Dangerous?". Last halloween the girl met the boy, she was still alive back then, that is why in the first scene, the window scene, he was really happy to see her again. Since he was the only one, the only kid, the only person that made her happy by being her friend, he's the only one who can see her. The boy doesn't know that she died or what...but I guess...the dark part was that... they played hide and seek... the girl still has the wrapper saying "You Found Me"...got injured... never came back.. but hoping to be found by him or by anyone. The signs doesn't only consist of traps but also wild animals if you look closely in the scenes. I cant imaginr how scared she was and the pain she felt.. and for the boy...he didn't go beyond the fence because its dangerous and wondered where could she be... from last halloween... thus he was so happy seeing her again outside...

She died by a BearTrap, she have Scars on her left Leg in the Entire Video. You can spot the Beartrap on her left leg in the last scene, if you didnt noticed.

The bear trap was on her leg, there is proof by seeing that she has a sort of bite mark on her leg in some of the frames.

No, the little boy did not kill the girl, I'm just guessing that the the little girl wondered of at the woods and probably got caught in the bear traps and while she's bleeding she probably sat down at the tree and take one last candy before she dies and she was never found again until now and her soul still lurks through the town👻

And judging from the book the police was holding it was a record of children missing and the girl was one of them

So when the boy and the girl where sitting on the tree the note said "I found you" on the boy's and the girl's was "you found me" meaning the boy was sitting right next to the girl's corpse but all he could see was her ghost/soul/spirit
Meaning: the reason the girl still hasn't rested yet in heaven because she has unfinished business like her corpse wasn't found and when the boy followed her
The police and his parents where looking for him they also saw the corpse of the girl
And she was finally found and would finally be buried into the earth and she would rest in peace
But before she was sent she wanted to have a final moment with the boy

My mom (who is very religious) said that it was the little girl's spirit that came up to thd boy on Halloween. She only wants him to see her that is why he is the only one who can see her, and that thing where she was leading him to the forest with traps was because she wanted people to find her body and that she knew that by letting him see her would then led the SAR team to find him and her body. It is also how it works in real life, it is said that if a soul is restless, he/she would find a person which would led the discovery of his/her body and when everything is over that soul can then ascend to heaven, or he/she would find someone to pray for him so that he/she can be in heaven.
The girl was dead the whole time and when he went into the woods following her he found the corpse.
The story is the girl went missing on Halloween and then her spirit tried to find somebody to find her the boy thought she was real then he finds out that it is a imaginary friend then they both go to the forest and also the candy gave a big hint because it says you found me and her death was from the bear traps and so his friend wasn’t that imaginary it was a missing little girl
The imaginary friend was actually the ghost of the girl.
EXPLANATION:
There was a little boy that didn't want to go trick or treating alone on Halloween. He sees someone and decides to run outside and make friends, and then his mother takes a picture of him finally smiling. Skip to a year later, it's Halloween and he's trick or treating with said friend. He comes home and sees a doctor there, at the front door. Being a child, he grabs the clipboard and reads that he was diagnosed with having an imaginary friend. Upset and distraught, he runs off with this "imaginary friend" to a safe place on a hill above the town. His friend leads him pass a fence with warning signs up that say 'danger' and 'traps'. He chases after her until he find her sitting at a tree. when the whole town come to look for him, the find him sitting at a tree next to the corpse of a little girl who'd gone missing years prior. That little girl, his "imaginary friend," was actually a spirit of a girl who dies on Halloween.

As I understand it
They were friends last Halloween( which is kinda clear)
They waited for his parents to come back from shopping (kinda obvious)
After they came back he went in for the night and she instead of going home went into the forest got scared by a trap ran ended up at the tree and got caught and because he was her friend that’s why he was the only one that could see her spirit (my theory)
Or she was already dead by last Halloween and because he was lonely she chose to show her spirit to him
If you look closely you can see a scar on her leg through the first half where the bear trap caught onto her leg when she went into the woods. Her ghost was trying to get him to find her body that's why the note says "you found me"
I think that the flashback was him and her having fun at Halloween, and they chewed gum or candy or whatever together, but sometime after that she wandered into the forest, got caught in a bear trap, and died, holding the wrapper "YOU FOUND ME" for whenever she was found. Her spirit followed the boy around, eventually leading him into the same forest to her body. Perhaps knowing he would be followed and alas finding her body, solving the missing case.
That was very sad I just rewached the part when they were looking for him but cried Every time mostly the one with music called wake up
Mindfuck: The Halloween Special
He met the girl last Halloween, that's why she has the "You found me" candy wrapper. Then she went into that forest, got caught by a trap and died, then a year later on Halloween she led him to her body which is why she's still holding a torn up "You found me" candy wrapper.
The whole point of the whole leg video was because the girl was dead because she wandered off in there and then she got caught by the bear traps and then her angel was tryna guide a little boy to her body that's why every time when she opened up a candy it kept saying You Found Me
The ghost of the little girl found the boy. That’s why the note of the candy wrapper said “you found me” ever time. The little girl’s spirit wanted to guide the little boy to her body to solve the case of her being missing. Very chilling story right?
What happened was they met the year before and he gave her the candy and she wondered off in the woods and got lost and caught by a bear trap and she must of waited and waited for someone to find her and either starved or got infected and died. She only had the one piece of candy left and ate it and had nothing else. Her spirit had led him there to find her corpse and he didn’t die he was just relaxing you can see his head move don’t know if he ever knows she was dead 😢
I think that last Halloween she was still alive. When they open the candy wrapper the one she got said "you found me". After they separated she I probably wandered into the forest and got lost. The boy probably repeated what she did, she was afraid and started running, the Trap they showed that he got caught in was probably the one she did. Throughout the whole video you could see the scars from the trap on her left leg that shows that she died.

At the start we see the mom taking the picture. When she took it she looked kind of worried.
When they went trick or treating the boy showd the girls the girl.
The girls ignlnores him because the girl wasn't there.
Next at the mountain the girl saw the woods and she was wondering if he could go there without dying. She had negative energy because she was sad on how she died. She didn't get candy. Because she was a ghost. She always got the message you found me because the boy has found her spirit.
The girl ran at that time because the parents would know that the kid is on the danger zone. Later the kid and the girl just rested. On her death location. How did she die?
Bear trap but how? Its not possible for her to die with one bite. So. She died out of starvation. So she stayed there for over a year.

what i got from the video is that the little girl with the black hair went missing and died in the woods under the tree she haunted the other kid to lead her back to her body in the woods so her soul could finally be at ease they thought the one little kid had an imaginary friend when in reality it was a ghost following him/her around

What most likely happned. The imaginary girl promised the boy (in real life) that she would go treat or treating with him next Halloween. Sadly though,she died from the traps in the forest before the next Halloween would come. She was a ghost and only the boy could see her.
So basically, what we know is that the little girl and the boy used to be friends hanging out in Halloween, but she went missing in the next and she acted differently as a ghost. She eats her candy and spends time with him just like they usually would, and then leads him to find her body in the woods. She died by a bear-trap, and after their last Halloween together, she finally finds peace and frees her soul, the main reason why she appeared in the film.
And she obviously died from the bear trap ,it's shows on her legs and from the traps is general it's kinda easy to figure out lol,still sad though
The boy friended her the year befor, and gave her the chocolate with the you found me wrapper, then she gets lost and steps in the trap bleeds out and dies with the wrapper in hand. The next year the boy sees her again you can see a scar on her leg where the bear trap got her, and she guided him to where she died

I think they met the Halloween before and she died maybe that night wondering off getting caught in the bear trap but she kept the little note and when she died in the woods she had the note in her hand and the next year her ghost led him to the tree to be found.

Probably where it showed when they met last year she was alive then after he gave her the candy she decided to go in the forest then she got trapped in one of the bear traps and decided it wasn't time for her to leave earth to go where you know until he found her body I think this because it showed the wrapper of the candy that he gave her last year in her hands in the forest.
so she wandered into the trap laden area and got caught under the tree...so after he became her friend she took him the one place she knew no one would find them...but they found her...

This video explains how the paranormal exists but they aren't always scary and haunted. He found his "friend" as a ghost. At the end he found her missing body. He just doesn't realize shes dead yet. The candy wrappers were the clues. The traps he was running thru were already clamped from the missing girl.
