Hey! As a manager of customer service I can confirm there’s most likely nothing ‘Jen’ could have done! Giving customers the number of higher ups in order for them to get some sort of compensation is common practice, very rarely are we allowed to give away free items. So maybe you should have gotten over yourself and understood that Jen was doing her best!
