- Hello, friends!
In this video I am making a crossbow again. Actually I like to make crossbows. But this time it is not a normal crossbow. This is a multi-arrow crossbow, or rather 8 arrows.

Your crossbow has a fantastic design!!! Nevertheless I think, perhaps, it could be possible to add some kinetic energy to the arrows if you eliminate the physical angle between the string and the rotating cylinder. The friction generated "steals" some useful energy during the shooting. Do you think I am wrong? Your crossbow is the best design I've seen on ypu tube. Thank you and congrats!!!

It's great crossbow, newly design, the handcrafting is a Máster job, but the iron arrows have effectivity at close range only due to lack of fletching, I sugest you try with wooden arrows.

Это не работает, при стрельбе автор сначала взводит тетиву, затем накладывает стрелу, остальные находятся на барабане, поэтому их нужно снять перед стрельбой, какой тогда смысл барабана. Он также не показывал, как стрелять из арбалета, только стрелы в бутылке, он мог стрелять из другого оружия.
Най тя то май менше інтирисує! Людина робить своїми руками майстерності, а то шо відео не змонтував правильно, то до цього він дойде з часом, професіонали не народжувалися одразу . Великий хейтер найшовся .

if u where to put a very thin smooth light oil coated strip dwn the barrel n each groove...it would create less friction than it just restin on the wooden barrel...get more range out of it that way...maybe even up2 6 ft extra range...

Я видел болты пробивающие бутылки и мишень. Но не видел выстрела именно с этого арбалета и не видел с какой дистанции.
Болты без оперения. Не думаю , что дистанция могла быть большой.
Даже если и стреляли из него.

Why do you need a “gatling” without a simultaneous rotation mechanism, after the shot?
When the most time-consuming thing is tensioning the rope. And not to load the projectile...
A little pointless, I would say. But okay...
What would make a lot more sense: If the bolts are a little longer. And about 1/3 are metal and the other 2/3 are made of wood/plastic.

Метров с 5 получится прицельно бить. А дальше едва ли, да и не полетят такие стрелы далеко и точно.
