Is the library digitized and available for people at large and non students ? This building houses so much of punjab history that i do not think any institution on either countries having such a gold mine !! The newspapers , before partition books and generally the entire library should be digitised and available to people on subscription maybe... the library should easily get a grant from a punjab NGO or a punjabi NRI easy !! wishing the librarian my best wishes...
