This is all seven tracks from the Gunner, HEAT, PC! Pre-Alpha build, by Majoris. You can find the original soundcloud upload here: / ghpc
I have made a lazy attempt to equalize the audio (average sound level anyway) because some of the tracks were much louder or much quieter than others, I assume to fit the needs of the Radian team. The difference between tracks was almost 25 db in some cases, and personally I don't want to spend time adjusting audio levels while I listen. The natural peaks and drops in the individual tracks were left alone.
All credit to Majoris.

Threat factor still gives me chills
there are some serious vibes in this playlist
Yeah. Gives the whole emotion of a sturdy tank advancing at the enemy lines.
Strong, serious, heavy
@@alefmagnum207 But with an element of vulnerability and extreme determination. Like, you’re absolutely set on throwing those damn commies right the fuck back where they came from and nothing is gonna stand in your way.
You werent kidding. Can confirm it gave me chills
@@alefmagnum207 you put the feeling in good words
I remember in this game I was commanding a platoon of M60A3 RISE's for a defense mission. We got setup and waited. This was only my 2nd or 3rd game after not having played the game for months, so a lot changed, and I don't think artillery had been implemented the last time I played. Artillery shells started landing around us and threat factor started playing. Then I saw T72M's crest a hill about a kilometer in front of us. Engaging them while having artillery exploding all around us, rattling our tanks, blurring our optics, and making it really hard to here the targets the tank commander was calling out was genuinely terrifying.
every time i hear threat factor, the panicked voicelines only ever play in my head
GUNNER SABOT TANK TRAVERSE RIGHT ON IDENTIFIED ON THE WAY DOUBTFUL SHOOT HIM AGAIN HES LOOKING AT US FIRE!!!!! TARGET CEASE FIRE GUNNER HEAT PC TRAVERSE LEFT ON IDENTIFIED FIRE HEAT…..
I never had that problem, even, I heard the threat factor during engagement on the game.
1985 and defilade are my favorite tracks so far.
1985 feels like the crew doesnt want the war and are genuinely sad but are still ready to do their duty
I love how threat factor sounds like a heartbeat, indicating that your adrenaline is kicking in and panic is starting to cloud your crews judgement
Your being overwhelmed by your situation, you have no choice to trust your senses and endure for as long as possible
LEFT LEFT LEFTTTTT
You know this game is gonna be a classic if the ost already gives you chills and nostalgia when the game is still in just early access
*While operating an M1 tank
*Three T-72s visible on the horizon in the distance
*Aim the enemy with the thermal sight
*But there are 3 more T-72s in the background
*3 BMP-1s also shown
*Panic
Pretty much what it would have been like at the Fulda Gap. Friend of a friend was stationed there and said they were given amphetamines and told to keep fighting non-stop until they were overwhelmed and killed. Not expected to survive longer than a day or so.
I really hate the bmp usually have to hit emn3 times to kill or a sabot
@@IrishCarneySomeone needs to tell your friend that the Cold War never went hot
@@matthewjones39 What was the point of your comment? OBVIOUSLY the Soviets never invaded, but a big reason for that was NATO was heavily armed and prepared to fight.
@@IrishCarney I think I misinterpreted your comment. I thought you said that what they were actively doing was fighting non-stop until they were overwhelmed, not that that’s what they were told to do.
1985, threat factor, danger close.
feel different than any other music in the soundtrack.
1985- feels like a song they would use as an intro cutscene to help establish why you are here in this front, and it helps set the tone of fear and despair yet with a glimmer of hope.
Threat Factor- makes you feel true fear as a bunch of enemy T-72s charge your position with odds against you, pumping adrenaline and making you try hard to survive.
Danger close- feels as if you are making one last stand against a huge platoon, yet you will not back down, you feel that you will win or at least die trying.
I think those 3 might be my favorites as well
Should let you know the fucking creator of GHPC replied to you
*red tracer disappears into your POV* "FUUUCK"
Steel Horizon gives off the feeling of being very much outnumbered. Matter of fact last time I heard it i was playing as an m60 against a platoon of t72s. Honestly very tense music.
1985 in the trailers makes you think of the two options for your crew:
1) You got weeks or months of hard fighting ahead with a high chance of being wounded or killed in action.
2) A nuclear exchange happens and their best option is being vaporized instantly by a 5 megaton airburst.
Well, if you're in the tank, option 2 is probably worse than being instantly vaporized, it's surviving for who knows how long in a post-nuclear world.
well, both are just never optional but the choosable death penalty, so I ain't gonna choose both.
Most modern tanks can definitely take a nuke and remain intact provided it didn't land on top of them, but the crew absolutely are going to die from the ionized radiation and death from radiation sickness is one of the worst ways to go possible, so I'd rather take the option one for sure.
Defilade is amazing. It’s Threat Factor but you’ve accepted the probability of death and turned off everything except your primal kill or be killed instincts. One interpretation I have is that you understand there are other human beings in the other tanks but you accept having to kill them to save yourself and your crew mates. The other interpretation I have is that you really hate the enemy on a deep level, and blowing up their tanks satisfies an urge for revenge for what they did or you otherwise take joy in destroying the opposing army.
The fundamental aspect of serving in the army of any nation is to destroy your nation's enemies on the field of battle. Tankers are professional army. Good soldiers are varying levels of bloodthirsty. You would've got a kick out of seeing 03-05 era Iraq vets in 2012-2014 lol they were something.
Personally, I feel like it’s a little less desperate than that. You have accepted that you’re all that stands between the Red onslaught and millions of innocent people. You’re outnumbered and vulnerable, but you’ll try damn hard to push those shits back into the hole they crawled out of.
I’ve never heard 1985 before while playing, it sounds great
its only been used in promo videos, its not in game
I seriously can't believe this is the only place to listen to GHPC ost.

This music makes me want to not become decisively engaged but become decisively engaged anyways
Im hearing this with new headphones and it sounds so damn good!
I don't even play the game but really love the soundtrack!
The soundtrack makes up most of my enjoyment of this game
1985, danger close and defilade are the best ones
Certified threat factor moment!!
1985 and Danger Close terrify me. It's not scary, just sounds like a sombre post contact music.
good song to listen when playing strategy games
tactical wargame will be highly fit it.
I remember playing in an M60 and i was going thru a forest and then i heard this from the commander:
ENEMY TANK SPOTED.
HES LOOKING AT US!
and i was like: O FUUUUUUCK
and you know what is worse? they were 3 T-72 looking straight at me! i pooped my pants after i saw one shoot me and miss by a meter. I ended up killing 1 and the other by me comrade but holy S### that was scary as hell.
I never feel scary, but surely shoot them and shoot again until nothing left.
I have aquired ptsd from this game
I had none ptsd from this game, but surely just like SB, it's a good game.
nothing motivates me more to go get my ass kicked in top tier WT
hey black how are you? It's been a while hope you're doing well. I love this game too.
sup mike, I'm alive, local pizza review soon
Danger close sounds like something from the ghost recon (2001) soundtrack
damn it actually does
Too deep!

1985 sounds like something that was ripped straight out of escape from tarkov ost
was thinking the same, it reminds me Countdown
i would be lying if i said geneburn didnt influence me when making it
1985 is the best by far.
░p░r░o░m░o░s░m░ 😌
Idk why, but 1985 gives me post-apocalyptic vibes, which i also get when playing the game.
