I absolutely love watching you cook. I love that you’re just being yourself and using whatever you have available to show that you don’t need to have a lot of fancy tools or skills to make something. I love to cook and bake, but if I’m doing it at someone else’s house, a lot of the time they don’t have all of the tools I’m used to using but I always tell them I can improvise and make it work. I would never want people to feel bad about trying to cook or bake using what you have available. You never know if you don’t try.

Next time add a bunch of feta, crumbly cotija or tiny mozzarella cubes in your tomato cuke salad! That's how I make mine! But I add balsamic, olive oil, Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes😊

I was thinking about this as you prepped the precooked ribs for the fryer, but rest time could make a difference too in terms of how that flour mixture could stay on better when frying. They need to be like fridge cold to bind it real well. Still look sexy and tender though. Keep the cooking content coming!
You my guy , but don't deep fry with the lid on it creates too much steam and prevents crispyness. I know this is just an experiment though. Great video I have to try these!!!

The frying part you got the cover the ribs the flour and squeeze to the point where no flour falls off and let let them rest for about 10 minutes before frying, that way you get a good frying coast

Fried ribs are good and cooks in less than 10 minutes. I wouldn't even waste my time putting them in the oven, unless I actually wanted them baked with bbq sauce.

The Reason it didn’t stick is because you didn’t have a binder so you need one people usually people use mustard you cant taste it and it helps keep things together.
I might try some green onion in your cucumber tomato salad to bring a little sharpness and the green tops will bring some freshness. There’s actually a salad dressing called a honey vinaigrette. It might work better to make the salad dressing first and let it sit in the fridge that way you get the taste you want before you put it on your salad. HTH.
