I’d forgotten all about this delightful song until it popped into my head this morning. It took me a while to recall the name, but I eventually did so here I am. :) Hearing it reminds me of simpler times when the darkness of today’s world was still the stuff of movies...
@inphanta in 2011, the year this song came out, the world discovered the abuses being committed in Guantanamo Bay, the Penn State football program was found to have engaged a massive coverup over decades of child sex abuse, and it was found that a major news corporation was hacking into people's cellphones to feed tabloid news.
As much as I agree that she deserves more recognition, sometimes it's nicer to have good music less well known. By that, I mean that the radio stations can't overplay it and ruin it XD Still an amazing song, though!
