Awesome video of a great truck!! Looks like you had a great time out there. Do you still have it? How's it running? Does the 712 have the same 2.5L I4 engine as the 710? Anything can get stuck eventually, but it seems you have to really try to get the Pinz stuck. Amazing machine!!
Love my 710M . But, believe me when I tell you . I can stuff it in a snow bank or bury it in a mud hole just like any other 4x4. It’s rather noisy and quite tippy. Puts a smile on my face every time I drive it.
Sorry the music is terrible. Also don't understand why he would not use the locker? Puts too much stress on the rear when not used in these conditions...
Build and produced by Styer-Puch as e.g. Puch/Mercedes G in Graz Austra but the main constructor was Czech who left czehoslovakia after ww2 Mr. Ledwinka and he was son of another smart guy who disign Tatras before and after ww2 including a Tatra 97. This model was copied by F. Porsche to made a vw beattle. And btw name Styer Puch come from region styer and from founder name Puch and he was Slovenian. The pinzgauer is literary a mountain goat but it could be quite easily to capsized it on the road if you turn too much.
