My Niece is 9 and wants to start collecting watches, I showed her your video and now she can't wait for Christmas and Birthdays. I'm very happy also knowing I haven't got to spend more than a tenner on presents 😅 thx Buddy
I bought my wife one of those Lorus digitals for her work, cos it was cheaper than replacing the strap on her old work watch ( I know, last of the big spenders, lol ) She used it for years !! Great little timepiece for bugger all money !!
Great picks! Was honestly expecting a list full of SKMEIs but the biggest surprise was that Casio MQ-24. Just dug out mine and can confirm that after 13 years it is still my most accurate (and 1st :) wrist watch in the collection, only requiring a battery + strap change in the meantime. As a side note, have you tried out any of the newer SKMEI offerings? I've had my ana-digi 2198 for a month or so and was genuinely expecting it to be a dud but was surprised that all the functions work (even the Temp sensor). They also make a triple sensor 1358 model for which I'm waiting to see a review on before getting a look at it in person.
Or you could buy one Lorus lumibrite field watch for £30 and have something better and pretty versatile.
A UK sourced watch collection for £30 brilliant 😁
Nice! These are great for the price. There are a lot of people who cannot or will not pay for more expensive watches so thanks for sharing!
I love Lorus. Mine have served me very well! The only complaint I can level against it is changing the battery is trickier than a normal watch.
Question: Does it tell the time? Answer, Yes. Sold.
Liked😀😀😀
No sapphire? 👈
Lol, would be worth more than the whole watch
Lol😅

That's so cool to hear! I'm so happy to have helped 😀

Nice budget watches. A Casio AE 1500 in White recently caught my eye, at under £30
Such a classic for under £30!
i believe so, but it depends on how each person defines decent..
some watch snobs dont think a 1000usd seiko is decent.
That's true, here, decent means it works and doesn't seem awful!
the Pope with a children's watch, given the past of those guys I think that's strange 🤣
Lol!
Would love to see a 'D-list / vague celebrity link watches' video!
That's a great idea!
Great picks!

What a watch!
Nice to see the underdog watches getting some love too. Awesome review! 😁
Funk me, that first one is a find!
Lol, it's such a strange one! Old fashioned styling with a full lume dial?!
