I need to know how to change the unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius please!!!!

I have this same Samsung thermostat. It suddenly will not allow me to set the temp, it wants to stay at 72 all the time. If I set it to 68 it immediately goes back to 72. In the upper right there's a red icon which seems to be the "filter reset" icon. I'm in an apt, we told management that it;s hot in here but nothing has been done. How in the world can I get this thing to set & stay at 68 without constantly going back to 72??

Does MWR-WW10N also measures temperature (does it have temperature sensor integrated) to measure actual temperature at the installed location ?
Is anyone familiar with this details... ?
