Be careful with the stock waste gate actuator as you try to make more power. It wont have enough force to keep the waste gate closed against the increased exhaust back pressure. Also if you're not making much boost, it's probably your boost controller sending too much pressure to the waste gate actuator, essentially meaning you're running on spring pressure only.
I believe the boost gauge shows intake manifold pressure, normal atmospheric pressure is about 1 bar

Did they learn in the new battery? If not i recommend you to do this, an unlearned battery can give weird errors sometimes

Was your turbo second hand? Hehe it's weird and actuator to just fail hehe good progress tho
Also the battery dead can cause a lot of issues on the reading
I’ve been talking to some people and apparently it might be that I need to calibrate the voltage of the IS20 actuator and it should be fine
And yes it is a second hand turbo, they’re dirt cheap
