Good review one of their movies was shown on british tv
@@rdenn_shapes That might be when I first saw them, depending on the year.
Film Masters does not disappoint!
@@TheDiscConnected They killed it with this one!
Great review of a great film
@@RM_action_design Thanks man!
I still have NOT watched this. I will probably get to it when I get to 1980 in the fanzine.
It would appear that this is Law Chi's most well-known film, but his best one would appear to be KILLER FROM ABOVE.
@@blakematthews9608 I still haven’t seen KILLER FROM ABOVE. I think I have a fan edit of it somewhere.
These actors also done raiders of wu tang with sonny yue which is quite good all the best sir
@@user-dx2hl8sn9b That one was one of the first kung fu movies I bought on VHS back in the day. A classic!
Caught the trailer for The Crippled Masters before the VHS rental “Necronomicon: Book Of The Dead” and immediately named my band at the time The Crippled Masters. After a while tracked down a VHS copy and then a DVD copy. Now might have to pick up this new release, if only for the special features! What dod you think of the main baddie? I know a lot of people dislike/are really confused by him, his hump, and the ending.
@@mikeylannon7818 Ah man, I like the villain! He’s kinda random but I love his hump and the metallic sound it makes when hit. Classic kung fu cinema stuff. He’s pretty decent. Plus his death scene lasts ages, which is ace.
I’ve been seeing a lot of gifs from Necronomicon: Book of the Dead floating around and that looks like a wild film! Do you recommend it for a horror fan and gore hound?
Great review, shame you have to stumble through the wokey minefield of trying not to offend that certain demographic! Remember folks, if YOU find it offensive doesn’t mean it IS offensive! You’re right about it being a good Kung Fu movie and finally getting a good release! Good stuff.
@@Ray-M59 Thanks for watching! That minefield was definitely tricky, especially since that particular parlance isn’t widely discussed.
The fight choreography is excellent !
I'm glad to see these films released on Blu Ray !
looking forward in receiving THE BLOODY FISTS (CHAN XING)
next month. (cinestrange-extreme)
@@TheCaezrc I need to order that one. Is that the German release?
@@fuforthought yes it is.
There’s another CHAN XING release later this year TOUGH GUY
