Dude, if you make a cocktail like this there will only be vodka and mint and it'll be bland.... 3:2 ratio however is a perfect blend. (2 parts soda 3 parts vodka )

Bacardi lemon with only soda will bring out the lemon flavour to enjoy. If water is added it will lose its flavour and becomes tasteless. Trust me ..... I'm having that from long back.
