The aluminum factory manifold on the 1970 LT1, is what holly reproduced right there. Bad ass manifold for any street sb. Had one on a 406 with 10.25:1 and a crane rv cam. A BEAST on 350 rods, balanced so nice it didn't rock at cold idle. A Beast.
Cool, man! Thats great news! I wonder why Ive never heard of it? Its my understanding the intake Gm used for the 302/Lt1 and L-78 396/Ls6 454 were both made by Winters. I have one for both a bbc and a sbc, and Ive been in this game for 30+ years. Hell, for the past 10 years, I thought the airgap was the king of dual-planes.
That intake was cast by Buddy Bar in USA. Looked like a 1995 cast date. Its actually a damn good intake. One of the best dualplane intakes ever. Based on the old GM LT-1 350 intake. Better than a RPM on many applications. The old singleplane Street Dominator intake was a good piece too. They were cast by Winters. Of course the Strip Dominator was the kick ass unit for serious builds. The dualplane "Contender" was a turd. Similar performance as a stock late 60s GM iron intake. That Street Dominator intake you have there will make more power than that Mr Wong air gap. No shit.
That looks a thousand times more gooder. 😎👍

Thank you sir!! I wish i could pin this comment!
That Street Dominator dualplane will support 475-500 hp on the right build. Shitload of torque also.
Eagle one self etching mag wheel spray .will balance the finish
