Thank you! I use the GoPro Hero 11 - even older models have fantastic stabilisation so that's why it's very smooth! I don't use any accessories other than the GoPro Max Grip and a windslayer when I think it will be windy. The camera work is just intuitive for me, I point the camera in the direction of what is most interesting and engaging. I like to keep my camera setup/editing very simple and raw because I think people enjoy it more than super fast editing with music etc. Good luck :)

    29:09 백앙금 = 으깬 강낭콩 + 설탕
The white paste is made of smashed kidney bean with sugar.
There're various kinds of bean pastes/nuts in the street Pan(bread).
The most common paste is red bean paste(black thing in the fish-shaped bread), next is kidney bean paste(white). These two are quite classic ingredients from great-grandma.
While custard cream, cheese in the street bread are more popular with young ppl.
My fav is 27:35 (상투 과자; baked white paste + almonds powder, eggs, butter, whipped cream..) tho, lol.

쌈(Ssam) is word made of 싸다(Ssada, means wrap) + -ㅁ(m, consonant that makes verb to noun) so literally everything can be ssam if you put ingredients and wrap them with leafy vegetable.
And you guys DO KNOW how to enjoy Korean foods properly. I am very happy to see that. Also as you know, motorcycles in Korea usually rides on the pavement and sometimes they even break the rule to follow the traffic light. It is becoming social problem in here. Maybe It is because of delivery applications.

Ssam means wrapping whole kinds of foods(meat, rice, side dishes, vegetables with sauce such as ssamjang or fish sauces, and so on) into some kinds of fresh vegetables(lettuce, cabbage, sesame leaf, and so on) or other various wrappable food stuffs such as Nan, tortillas, etc and wrap them up and eat'em one bite.
The way of wrapping is that you can put every side dishes(called banchan) and foods you wanna eat.

Young people in Korea usually drink a lot. When I was young, I drink until 12 p.m., go home at 1 a.m., sleep, and wake up at 6 a.m. to go to work. I am now in my 40s, but I worked at a financial company at that time.
I quit the job because it's too hard for me now. In today's generation of office workers, they drink a lot, but they are exercising essential and getting in shape. I also can't keep up with young people these days.
Korea is a very safe country. Since most streets are equipped with CCTVs, the crime rate is very low, and even if a crime occurs, more than 99% will be caught. There will be no crime if women walk around from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m.
And when you eat pork or beef, make sure to eat garlic!! Garlic dissolves fat from meat. Garlic is the reason Koreans eat a lot of meat but have low cardiovascular disease. It is also the reason why people eat a lot of garlic in Korea.

Regarding on autobikes on pedestrian street side, most of them are delivery bikes. They pick up stuff like food or beverages from shops instantly and go. They are supposed to be on road not pedestrian street side.

Any recommendations of what we need to try in Busan?
