I’m a Brit visiting Korea right now (for my Sons wedding) I had my first Baseball experience (Doosan Bears) two days ago and like you said ‘Goosebumps’. The absolute joy in the stadium was bringing a lump to my throat.
Trouble is I might be hooked, I am going to another game tonight (different teams and stadium).
I totally understand! After our first experience of being at a baseball stadium in Korea, we immediately checked if there was a chance to take part in another game in another city 😅 Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but we plan to return to Korea at the end of this year, so we will definitely make up for it! I'm glad you liked this vlog 🤩

Looks like you guys really enjoyed your trip in Korea. Your travel videos bring back lots of memories of my days growing up in the country. Man, I miss home so so much. Korean baseball league started in 1980's and there was a lot of excitement even back then. I remember as a child being glued to TV watching baseball games every weekend and I could feel the excitement even on TV.
I'm so glad you guys had a good trip and wish you all the best in your future adventures.

True that! Outside of Korea I've never been on a game myself but the atmosphere on the stadium and people just made the show! We absolutely loved it :)
The Doosan Bears uniform is pretty. In Korea, couples wear different uniforms and cheer for their respective teams.

There will be playoff games coming up and the Korean Series , as well.

As far as we know, Jamsil Stadium is the largest one in South Korea and can hold approx. 70.000 people! So it's quite a bit!

I’m so glad you both enjoyed baseball!! This is my fav sport since I came to Canada. Just love love love love love baseball 🥰🥰🥰🥰. My fav team is the Blue jays in Canada, the only Canada team in American league. We really love the ballpark life. It’s very very loud and we love it. My 8 years old daughter enjoys it too. They lost at wild card and she cried for a good one hour. True blue jays fan. 😍🤩. Baseball is a long game but since they started the pitch clock, the game doesn’t last for more than 4 hours anymore. It completes in 3.5 hours. Well depending on the amount of runs too. 😍😍💃💃💃. We love Corn Dogs too, yummzzz. Guys, any plan to Toronto 🤔. The cold weather has begun 🥶🥶🥶

There's plenty of different websites where you can buy tickets online - like Interpark or Ticketlink - but we found it easier to buy them directly at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium. Unfortunately, on the game day most of the best ones are already sold out but we couldn't purchase them otherwise not having the Korean Card.

The register lady at the Merchandise Shop was having none of your dilly dallying. "Ppali Ppali" as we say here in Korea! Hurry! Hahaha They even had a chute where your jersey popped out instead of taking the time to physically hand you one! Love it :D Would you mind sharing what type of camera you use?

I think soccer overtook baseball as the most popular sport in South Korea as the game is slow and long and I think there looking for ways to speed it up. Same thing happened in the USA. It’s still well loved in South Korea and the second most popular sport but it’s more popular in Japan and Taiwan nowadays
