The most beautiful and emotional proposal ever ❤❤You could see how difficult it was for both Scott and Carol to admit their love, they both have tendency of being detached from people which prevents them from connecting with people. Despite being a total opposite attract, deep down they were a lot alike. There's just something very special about them. They acknowledged and embraced each other and their flaws. Scott's love and faith was what really saved Carol. He wants, loves and accepts her for who she really is. During the proposal, if you look closely Scott actually had tears in his eyes. When she said that they're moving fast, he respected her need for space and was even willing to give up on his position as Santa Clause if she wasn't sure about being with him. Shows how much he really loves her and respects her feelings 🥰 I absolutely loved Charlie's knowing smile like he knew all along.
The face Carole makes at 1:54 when Scott changes back, (that’s what marriage does to you, your figure disappears)! 😂 she looks like she’s having regret!!! 🤣 darn it what have I done!!!???
It's a good sequel, but they could've written this film better for Carol. Have the first scene set the year before shortly after Santa finishes another year delivering gifts. Then told the news from Curtis and Bernard about Mrs. Claus and the desantification process which should've given him more time to find a wife, for about a year before the next Christmas instead of a measly 27 days. Meeting Carol during Charlie's troubles, and the two start dating for months before Christmas. Then have the truth told at a proper time so she has a while to think about marriage. No pressure. Reasonable enough.
Am I the only one who notices that Carol looks slightly younger after she finds out that Scott is Santa? I think the fact that she smiles that makes her look younger. Or perhaps it is the belief in Santa Claus.
Scott & Carol make a perfect Christmas couple together when I saw this movie back in 2002! And now that they're back in the "The Santa Clauses" show on Disney Plus, they & their family would make Christmas perfect with the North Pole elves, especially Bernard & save every children around the world from becoming a Christmas Buffet feast from an Arctic Wolf pack, led by their evil leader, Silver Fang! Great glittering Nanuqsaurus!🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺
Maybe she did inform them by saying that a school in another country a.k.a the North Pole need a new teacher and principal to take over since the other on retired. I think I made that theory somewhere between the Santa Claus two and three.
They say about their honeymoon. I think the first thing they should do is go back to that town, have Carol resign from the school board and tell her parents that she is moving up north. It is obvious to me that Santa would probably have gone into the town outside of Christmas. How else would Lucy have known who Scott was? The fact, though, that she calls Scott "Uncle Scott" and in the third movie says that she is his niece kind of makes me mad. He is not her uncle. He is her mother's ex-husband.
I know this is supposed to be a happy moment, but I can’t help but feel she was pressured into this. She literally was just told that if she doesn’t marry Santa Claus right now Christmas will be gone.
Principal Carol Newman and Scott Calvin are grounded what they did to Charlie Calvin at Charlie Calvin's school when Charlie Calvin was spray painting! Not Charlie's fault!
Elizabeth Mitchell is such a great actress , especially how she expresses her emotions.
I agreed
Me too. Thumbs up. 👍
Scott and Carol as so meant to be and God knows how true that is.
Yeah

Yeah, especially since Scott had a year to be prepared to be Santa….even if it was forcing him to change unwillingly lol

It would have been nice to see how Carol would explain this to the faculty of the school. She would have to get the vice principal to take over.

Yeah....but that's what the 3rd film touches on
Not to mention imagine marrying a guy you just met and literally the second after kissing him his body gets completely let go. Talk about a raw deal
@@aeonversestudios01 Marriage doesn't keep us healthy like Simba and Nala didn't like from Zazu when Simba and Nala were cubs!
I like the fact she didn’t care he got fat and old lol
She is pretending not to notice
Impossible Scott turn back to Santa just in time 1:52
