Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 700 - 750 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes

7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 50-55 minutes

13. Divide the dough into two equal parts
14. Roll them into a ball
15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
16. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).
- Soft butter 120 g.
17. Brush the dough with butter
18. Fold the dough into an envelope like in the video
19. Grease again with butter
20. Fold the dough 2 more times, repeat after me
21. Place the dough on a plate
22. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
23. Cover with cling film and let rest for 30-35 minutes
24. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).
- Peach jam 100 g.
25. Spread the dough with jam
26. Roll up on both sides
27. Divide into 2 equal parts
28. Secure edges and roll out. Repeat after me
29. Place on baking paper
30. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
31. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons sugar.
32. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cocoa on top.
33. Roll into a tube on both sides and divide into 2 equal parts
34. Fix the edges, roll out and place on baking paper
35. Look how beautiful and airy the bread is
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
36. Lubricate with a brush
37. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes
38. Cover with foil or parchment for the last 4-5 minutes to prevent burning.
