Well done Gordon mate your doing great . I checked out that drop last time i rode but didn't attempt as was riding solo. Its the run out that worried me and you did exactly what I feared when i looked at it. Looks like your discovering more of the trails you'll have to show me them next time we ride there. I'm back over Hamsterly on Sunday afternoon with a couple of lads I met up with last time, Your welcome to join us if you can. I did speak to Adam about it but he cant make it. Got my off piste Hamsterly video uploading now will be live this evening.
cheers Steve, yea i was so fixated on the actual drop that i didn't even think about the run out! lesson learned though lol. won't make it to hammers unfortunately. cool i'll watch your vid 2nite!!
A lot of people have no idea how full on some of the trails are in Chopwell Wood! You're starting to do stuff that I've shied away from and I live on the doorstep to the wood and do a lot of riding in there. The old tub way, that side to side descent, I find is easier done faster, so your momentum carries you along and all you do is steer! The last two chutes at the end there are very intimidating! I've conquered the smaller one nearest the river but the other one is still on the bucket list! By the way, you didn't fail on that jump. You nailed it! It was just the run out that got you! Anyway, keep on keeping on and hopefully we'll cross paths in Chopwell Wood sometime!👍
yea, some of it's way above my pay grade lol, this time last year i was just learning to ride of 9 inch drops lol. i'm am still struggling with a lot of the features the really steep chutes still worry me lol. if you see me there come say hello and we can have a blast around together!
Was keeping an eye out for this to drop. Been watching yours and Adams channel from early doors so it was great to bump into yous and witness how much yous have progressed from the early content. Keep it up mate 👊
Blimey mate, your progression is going through the roof, you are riding so much better than you were in your earlier videos. Looks like that crash could have been an ouchy one, glad you were ok 👍
Great video mate, as long as you're having fun, that's all that matters, you will naturally progress the more you ride, take it from me, great work on the drop, technique was fine, maybe look further ahead, your bike will go where you look, i'm no expert either, love watching the progression, keep at it mate 👍👍
