The main thing rn is
UI overhaul
Offline mode v2 (they added v1 which is solo mode requires wifi to connect into pd3 then you can access the solo mode)
Server browser/crime net
Those are the left over features for the game apart from small ones like vote to kick and mic communication and such
And as for heists and weapons we have dlc 3 in july dlc 4 in august and the free heist most likely in september or october

@@uhhmyhead Which is a shame because you were for the most part able to do that just fine in PD2 without so much as a hassle, so I can only speculate that they used more known bands or more known composers to do the music which results in them getting picked up by UA-cam's content ID system.
