It's interesting seeing the difference between PD2 and PD3. PD2, they were confident after their success from PD1, so they executed their bank hesit with excellent planning, undercover work, talking to the hostages, giving them a speech about the Banks and "The System" But in PD3, They're scorned. Scrapping every dollar they can, they almost seem "Angry" and a bit "Desperate" for every dollar they can hence why they'd risk their neck for just a single Wad of cash. Payday Gang, Circa 2013 (Webseries): The Govt have stolen what was rightfully ours, so we're taking it back! You're not losing a dime
Payday Gang, Circa 2023: *step on some poor old woman's fingers* Not your money honey! *Swagger walk*
Very well done, I hope Ice-T has contracts for us in payday 3. The hype is real.
he's the contractor for the dock heist im pretty sure
Wonder if the old contacts are coming back. The Elephant, Locke, someone to take the place of the Butcher
4:12 My teammates:Bro where are you? We're at the van.
Me still in the bank: 4:16 *The challenge said EVERY LAST DOLLAR*
1:11 DAMN. that had to hurt
I love this so much, i want a full on Payday movie
imagine, i would absolutely go and buy tickets!
@@brianjanicki8421 devs have said they are looking into in weither its possible to make a movie this was said on there stream during the QnA on the first day of the 10th aniversary celebrations
@@brianjanicki8421oh hell yes me too
If it doesn’t have identity politics and bullshit like that I see it as an absolute banger
@@giuliocoppola6774 You're the only one bringing up identity politics.
the fact that the gang improved after doing so many heists and if there's any flaw they will fix it, like that pack of money just makes me happy watching this nicely done robbery
It's interesting seeing the difference between PD2 and PD3.
PD2, they were confident after their success from PD1, so they executed their bank hesit with excellent planning, undercover work, talking to the hostages, giving them a speech about the Banks and "The System"
But in PD3, They're scorned. Scrapping every dollar they can, they almost seem "Angry" and a bit "Desperate" for every dollar they can hence why they'd risk their neck for just a single Wad of cash.
This heist, while fast and done well, was just *different* to the usually more level headedness.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but knowing Starbreeze, there's reasons.
Ayo! That's a good analogy and observation too!
My only question is:
- Where's Bain? (I haven't fully catched up with the Payday 2 lore yet)
- They look like got messed up based on your analogy/observation and all, so something HAPPENED to them that dealt major blow to the gang.
- Any Murkywater or Gensec enemies remain? Considering they failed to stop the Payday Gang so many times now.
This just encapsulates how far PAYDAY has come as a franchise. The production quality, the camerawork, the sounds, the storytelling.
The future is looking very bright! Cannot wait!
Way better depiction of the payday gang than the last live action series. The "mordern day robin hoods" line will always be my favourite meme.
Robin Hoods more like robbin' the hoods
Payday gang in Payday 2: you're money is insured by the government don't be a hero.
Payday gang here:
Hoxton stomps on am old lady's hand almost immediately
No one gonna mention how the one cop shoots a hostage and the heisters themselves have to ask them "What the fuck you doing?" 3:55
Words can't describe how happy I am to see them continuing the high production value live action payday series, I hope there is more to come, this was awesome!!!
Even tough these guys are now older, im verry happy to see them in action again!
Love how happy wolf is through the entire thing
everyone: is beating up guards and ziptying people
wolf: *throws a vase full of tulips on the ground, no explanation given* 1:13
He's collected something from hostages in vase
But yea, RIP tulips...
Are we gonna ignore the fact that he didn't throw out the water from that container? My man is saving water
It’s so he can force the hostages to dump their phones in it and destroy them. They don’t look waterproof.
@@atas2561 I'm sure that was the actual reason tbh now that you say that. i just thought it was kinda funny, especially since with wolf being as unstable as he is, i feel like he would do something like that out of nowhere and not explain why, lol
@@kobold1847You can see him getting phones afterwards.
Edit: Then again, he is crazy.
They honestly need to make a movie or a show
I love how hoxton threw the cash onto the cart and yet it still managed to fall off 😂
Finally, a thing I really missed from Payday 2 came back, wish for more stuff - especially with charismatic personalities such as Giancarlo.
I love that all of the gang are wearing some type of body armour but Wolf is in there just a two piece suit
Hoping to see the PD2 live action actors come back into some material, their contribution to the franchise is essential
It would be cool if characters of the Web Series come to Payday 3 like Greta, the FBI Agent Jordan Griffin and her partner Riker
I wonder how old Vlad looks now, and what about president Bain?
3:44 Hoxton being Hoxton
SWAT IRL: We can't go in guys, they have hostages! We can't risk crossfire and hurt civilians.
SWAT in Payday: So I started blasting
i wonder how payday swat deals with school shootings
2:17
"Not your money" - ironic
Man this is so cool. The gang feels so much more unhinged and way more greedy. I'm so excited for the game to come out.
I freaking want a whole movie from these guys, they do masterpiece each time
2:36, unrealistic the dirll didnt take 10 minutes and break 5 times
Realistic drill it is scaled to the pd3 release
Nice to see that Live action trailer's are back , the payday 2 one's were TV shows quality and these seem to be the same
"Simple job, in and out"
"Gang, all our proceeds is gonna have to be used on the amount of bullets you spent."
I missed the times when the creators would do something like this for their games
AI shit will bring it back, the gaming industry will be the first to profit off of AI generated type movies because of the story lines they have
think of how long a series could run on hbo if they did Gears of War
.....Im nostradamus just sometimes my predictions are already happening
On November 6, 2022, it was announced that a Gears of War film would be produced by Netflix and the Coalition, followed by a Gears of War animated series.
I like how that one wad of cash changes hands to and from each individual member. Firstly, Hoxton, who haphazardly throws it on the table (causing it to fall off anyway) only for Chains to pick it up when he sees it on the floor. He tosses it to Wolf, who is all giddy for it before dropping it in the heat of gunfire, and then finally, the Crew Chief himself, Dallas, who sees it on the floor and nabs it while making a hasty getaway.
I first played Payday 2 with some friends (Military background btw) who were veterans at the game and I was new, My first ever police assault happened. I will give you my all is blasting, and adrenaline rushed.
I instinctively grabbed the old lady civilian as a shield and said "MOVE LIKE YOU GOT A HIP REPLACEMENT!"
The vets were so proud. ❤
I can’t believe that I can witness payday series once again
Amazing job
LETS GO ! SO HYPED FOR PAYDAY 3 !
This short is better than the entirety of PayDay 3 in its current state
Love how they improved from the old CGI that was payday 2 live actions with no casings and ejection at all to using blanks/improved CGI
YOU SEE, I NEED MY PAYDAY, 3.
Dont ever ask me which robber is my favourite. Thatd be like picking a favourite child. You cant choose
1:26
me and my dad before the exam day
This was so much fun to do! Amazing stunt team, amazing crew, amazing director! 🔥
1:22 Dallas: “Cash on the counter! Let’s go!”
I love to see the live actions back! But apparently the original actors from Payday 2 aren't returning?
Kinda bummed about that tbh, considering those are the faces I've (and probably a large part of the community) associate the characters with.
Hopefully they'll be back
I think only wolf's va is changed everyone else is the same
2:02 oh my god it’s bob but he’s a grandma now and has become barbra
Old lady got her hand stepped on, didn't see that coming!! 2:17
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No way the drill actually works in Payday 3
It's not one of Bain's anymore so of course it works XD
I don't even play Payday and this comment made me lol
Manually operated instead automatic like PD2
I don't think drills will be a thing but i could be wrong, think this was just for the trailer
@@vallarfaxgaming Canceling preorder right now.
I'm so glad to see this new live action, this will be too epic and I hope they bring out some more lore and see what happened after bain, It's PAYDAY fellas!
Locke prolly retired after being slapped by the butcher in the offshore payday ending
the fact that this hits harder than the actual payday 3 speaks volumes
they need to go back to pdth design philosophy
The PayDay 2 web series was so goofy. THIS is what we needed--shooting and looting. None of that "wE aRe RoBiN hOoDs" malarkey! Props to the cast and crew for making this
3:59 Dallas watched as $5,000 drained from his steal for cleaning costs
worse, a 10 percent cut from the pay
That wasn't him though. The cops actually capped that guard. They're the ones getting an earful now instead.
@@scootaloo9491 that’s Payday for ya
he was a gensec guard i think?
@@achillcapybaraThey still get counted as Civvies once they're Hostages.
Wolf snorting the cash like it’s cocaine😂
I loved the Payday 2 webseries, and each webseries was simply incredible, there's no exception to the rule, it's always so dynamic, engaging, and just fun to see them back in service please , do more things like this , we only ask for it and good job to all the people who participate in it. Thank
Wolf's manic laughing is so in character
2:21 He would throw the wad of bills on the table so that it would fall again. xd
4:56 HE DID IT, HE SAID THE LINE
LETS FUCKING GOOOOOO
3:22 the author forgot to add cool music xd
3:30 "Restart?" "Nah we got drill we can do loud."
This is the only payday live action that actually looks like a real possible robbery, I hope they will try to put special ennemis because I really want to see a live action cloaker getting smoked in a fire fight
I'm hyped none the less, great work guys
great work to everyone who worked on this! always loved the old live action series so to see more live action payday is great
The visuals, the audio, everything about this is great. Cant wait to play the game.
Payday games are so fun, we can’t wait for PAYDAY 3- this’ll definitely hold us off in the meantime!!!
